I'd like you to do some homework for me. I want two lists: one of practical things the school needs and another of things you'd like to do with the school if you had all the time, money, and staff in the world. If we're going to dream, we might as well dream big.

Also, I'm getting the sense we need some team building. Though I'm still in the middle of assessing the situation, so tell me if I'm wrong.

I'd like to be involved in the school and would very much like to hear your thoughts about how things are going with it. Strengths, weaknesses, and the like. What goals you're setting.

I'm not certain when, but we're going to Sephora and we're going to teach you how to care for your skin before you destroy it.

Thank you to everyone who supported or marched in the parade yesterday. I know that for some of you it may have been your first time at such an event and that Pride parades aren't a thing in space, or Hogwarts, or the Land of Oz. I am especially grateful for all of my friends who assisted with last-minute things. It has been -- difficult knowing that Teddy hasn't been here for any of this -- but all of you made it work fabulously.
