Upon reaching Redcliffe the Wardens had been taken to the Castle, to be given lodgings in style, no doubt. Imenry herself wouldn't have minded camping on the ground, but she knew that Signy would feel more comfortable in a spacious building with stone walls. It must be much more like her home than the typical wooden dwellings of the Ferelden people.
Imenry had gotten a room at the local tavern, of which there were only a few, so she was sharing with Ashya, and some of the other women from their party. She had no qualms about sharing space, or sleeping on the floor if needed. Imenry was not used to sleeping in comfort or being pampered. After stowing her gear, save the claymore she always carried, in the room she had wandered out towards the center of the small village.
Redcliffe.
She had been here three times now in only about two month's time and had come to think of it fondly. It was the place where she had first told someone about the day her world had changed, it had been the place that had sent her into the mountains, where she's met Signy. It seemed to hold significance in this world. She knew now that this was the place where Cormac had grown up. He'd been a Knight here. She wondered if he had family here still, perhaps living in one of these rambling little houses hugging the lakeside.
She wondered if Thren was here this time, or off on one of his many adventures, picking up more strange odds and ends to keep as memories. She smiled when she thought of him, and it was with fondness. Wandering towards the water she spotted a small figure, her familiar cap of blonde curls.
Smiling she stepped up beside the other woman, even though Imenry at times still thought of her as a girl, and she was so young, Signy was now a Grey Warden. She had a lot of new responsibilities, and she had handled it with a grace she could admire. "Admiring the water?" she asked, her tone light. "Must have gotten all settled in at the castle then. Did they tell you anything?"
The companions of the Wardens had heard a little, but had gotten no details on what exactly was going on around Redcliffe. The Wardens were the ones that were to be briefed. Imenry knew they'd hear it sooner or later, but if Signy knew she would of course tell her.
