"Likewise," he inclined his head a bit, continuing to smile, because he was, in fact, very pleased to meet her. When she crouched down to Noa's level, he looked down to make sure the Mabari was staying put. It looked as if Noa could barely stand the wait. With the young woman's hand hovering, waiting to give her a pet, the war dog grew noticeably anxious, and Coan couldn't help but laugh. She kept still, though, panting with excitement, tail wagging furiously. "By all means." He said, gladly giving her permission. "I'm not sure she's ever satisfied with all of the attention she gets."
Taking another look around the library, Coan found his mind full of a ridiculous amount of questions. He hadn't had time to ask them before. He didn't want to be rude and ask a million questions to their tour guide. They probably had better things to do than give the tour in the first place. "How long have you been here at the tower?" He asked, looking back down. "I mean...I don't mean to pry, I'm just. Very curious about everything here. Including the residents."
