Elsa seemed certain of her own power, and on some level, she was right. But if Imenry knew the woman was going to attack her with magic, she would not have made an easy target. She'd trained with mages since her childhood. She knew enough to fight against them. She wouldn't have been stupid enough to allow Elsa to hit her with a spell of that magnitude.
She raised a brow silently, staring over at her easily. She did not like Elsa, and that feeling wasn't improving much at the moment. Imenry did not know how long she would have to endure the woman's presence. If she'd been told to remain at the village by someone, then she was under that person's watch as far as she was concerned. She didn't really know why she'd even agreed to try and teach her, but she had. She would do what she'd said she would, and then be done with her.
She waited for the attack, and it came. Elsa again moved in close, which was good at least, but her first attack was weak. Imenry easily blocked it, her eyes flickered as the woman shifted, attacking immediately afterwards towards the right. It was a good idea to follow through, because Imenry did not have speed on her side with a weapon like a claymore. She shifted slightly, turning so that the blade only grazed close to her side. "That was good. If you can move faster, you have a better chance of striking. Your blows are weak though. You need to put more strength behind them, but keep your wrist loose so that you don't hurt yourself when you connect with another blade."
