Imenry paused on the steps, her shoulders stiffening as she turned to look at the other woman with narrowed eyes, her gaze sharp and yet unreadable. Brennan hadn't mentioned it, but there were a dozen good reasons for that. Other topics had come to the forefront of their conversation. "Obviously it wasn't important enough for him to think of mentioning," she said with a shrug, her eyes slipping over the foreign woman.
"You should be careful how loud you announce something like that around here, anyway. Unless you want to be hunted down and dragged off to the tower." Was the woman stupid that she did not know that? Or did the Chantry not rule where she was from. Imenry didn't know.
She let out a long sigh, glancing back at her. "If you are what you claim to be, then you have no real need for a weapon, but practice will serve you well either way, I suppose." Motioning for the other woman to follow she made her way outside. "We want to find a place to practice where we will not draw any attention. I know that the castle has a training grounds. We'll go ask the knights if we can make use of them."
