Modpost: Updates
Hey guys, we know it’s been a while since we’ve done one of these and a lot of changes have happened since we’ve last taken the time to do a modpost. We’ve lost a few players, but we’ve also gained some, so please visit the Friend button to add and remove.

For anyone who was in a group when they left, they will be NPCed by the mods and other players if you so choose, remaining with the groups until the missions are completed. You may use them as a foil if necessary with the exception of any Warden characters who have left, as they will be NPCed only by the mods.

The new players will be integrated into current groups, but do take the time to hit up their intro posts to take advantage of possible backscenes and make connections. Also, we have some interesting new memes on the OOC page which we encourage you all to check out.

We are aware that the last round of posts have been difficult, due to lack of action, slow responses from the mods or other players. We’d like you to know that you can feel free to PM the mod journal or use the drop box if you’re at a loss for what to post or having difficulties. We’d like to move on with these first missions so that we can reunite the groups at the Keep and advance the general plot. On that note, please look out for a plot related narrative within the next couple of days.

Because we realize that we have been slow this round of checks and posts have been few and far between, we’re not going to send out warnings this period. Rather, we’ll be starting the next check and send out warnings at the end of the two week period running from the 10th to the 23rd of November. If you did manage to make this check, thank you for doing so. We appreciate when players are active, as it is the best way to advance the game. Please remember that this will not be a regular event, and that we do require you to be active and post once every two weeks for a minimum.

And while our groups has been toiling away, the rumour mills of Denerim and Amaranthine have been busy. Here’s a few of the things that have been circulating:

“The queen has had a sordid love affair with the Warden-Commander of Ferelden, that is why she always looks so cross when she meets him.”

“In Antiva, only men can carry a sword and be soldiers. The womenfolk are locked up inside all day, doing nothing but combing their hair.”

“Elves float when you throw them in water.”
