Re: Fight Three: Kore Asena - Dual Weapon vs Trenton Dask (NPC) - Sword & Shield - Viewing
When Kore had asked Ariadne if she could enter the tournament, Ariadne had to bite her lip from immediately denying the request. Her first through was the fear that something would happen to her and then where would she be?! She couldn’t travel on without Kore. She had agreed only because it had seemed so important to Kore, though Araidne wasn’t sure why. She supposed it had been a while since the girl had been giving the opportunity to stretch her fighting skills. Ariadne went out of her way while traveling to make them seem as small of a target as possible. The two girls mostly kept to themselves and tried not to attract attention. Perhaps Kore was bored?

So Ariadne had reluctantly agreed. Sitting with the crowd, she wondered if perhaps she shouldn’t have worried. Kore seemed more than capable of handling herself against the tall man. She got caught up in the rush of the crowd and found herself cheering along with the others as each blow was struck. The people around her seemed not to believe that Kore could possibly beat the big man. Ariadne knew better. When Kore’s blade pressed against his neck, Ariadne couldn’t resist letting out a whoop. There were groans and cheers around her, depending on who had bet for or against the elf girl.

Ariadne paid them no mind and pushed through the stands to get down closer to the field. “Kore!” She shouted, waving to grab her slave’s attention. “Kore!” She stopped at her side and hugged her. “You were lovely!” she said, pride beaming from every pore. This girl, who had performed so wonderfully against a man that had a huge advantage of weight and height, was hers. She knew she probably shouldn’t say that outloud (these Fereldans didn’t take to kindly to the knowledge that Kore was her slave), but she was thinking it as loud as she could.
