hey everyone! I have Kate Bennett here, pb Rachel McAdams. She's a 29 year old pastry chef originally from New Haven, CT. Her father was a professor at Yale and instead of going the academic route she decided to go down a path she was much more passionate about. She was engaged when she finished pastry school, but never showed up for the wedding because she wasn't ready for the commitment. she's very much into her puppy and she jogs at the lake every morning. her bio is up in the journal if you're interested!
I'd love for any sort of line - friendly neighbors, maybe someone who lives upstairs that she can't stand, regulars at the bakery she works at, etc! I'd also like to work out some sort of romantic line for her to bring a little drama into the ex-fiance line I already have worked out. But I'm up for anything! |

i've never really been much good with making introductions like this but, i figured i'd throw him out there for a few connections. this is michael van der westhuizen, 34 and originally from the little town of crofton, kentucky. he has been living in chicago since the fall of '94 when he started at northwestern university. he's currently working as assistant marketing director at an architecture firm in the city and his job is pretty much the most important thing to him. his bio can be found here if you want a more detailed look at him.
as far as lines go, i'm pretty much open for anything though, i tend to shy away from romantic lines as i'd rather those develop organically. anything else is open game from friends to neighbors to annoyances of any kind. |

this is milo quimby, a 23 year from california and he needs lines! he's 23, from santa barbara and has been living in chicago for a year after finishing undergrad and currently trying to figure out his pathway in life. other details of his life are here, but i'm reworking and writing a few things.

Hey guys. This is Evan Dietrich. He's unfortunately not had any good luck in his life which ended with him in the Adult Film Industry. He's twenty-six years old and originally from San Antonio, Texas. Sooo I'm not good at this whole introducing my character thing but I'll try the best I can xD and I've never had a character like this before so I'm excited to see where Evan can take me. His PB is of the lovely Jared Padalecki.
Evan basically spent his life going from foster home to foster home until he ran away at the age of seventeen and ended up in Hollywood where a sleezy film maker approached him. Evan was flat broke at the time so he wasn't about to say no. He's bisexual so he does both straight and gay pornography, and the guy has no filter. Like, he literally says whats on his mind without thinking about it which gets him into a little trouble sometimes since he just says whatever he feels like saying pretty much. He currently resides in studio #410 and I pretty much need anything and everything for him. I'm not fussed at all. I'll do any kind of sl. Dark. Fluffy. Smutty. Etc it's all good :3 I need everything except for a romantic line :]

Hey all! This right here is Jackson, he's 21 (until Nov. 5th), and stays in apt #206. He's also rooming with the Kim Kardashian pb,his best friend, but as of right now he's alone until she finally moves in.
Jackson came from California, he just moved into the apartment complex a few weeks ago. He does hair and make-up and thinks/knows he's pretty damn good at it. Right now he is unemployed (but kinda freelances) since he just moved to Chicago and hopes to get hired at another salon around the area soon. He's a shopper, loves getting pampered, and having little get together with the people that he feels comfortable with.

Hello everyone. I have Alessa here applied and I'm just waiting on mod approval or rejection. She's a single mother of a five year old daughter (NPC face of Shiloh Jolie-Pitt). Alessa is a kindergarten teacher at a grade school. She has two older brothers and one younger sister (Who has a son, but can be taken out if you chose to pick up the line and don't want the son). Her ex husband left her for his younger secretary. I'd love to get lines, siblings, the ex husband or even the other woman who stole her husband she doesn't need to be with the husband still or anything either. I'd be happy with friends, co-workers, anything. Her mother, father and sister moved to Chicago when Alessa was 18, she went to school in New York and has been living and working here ever since she was done school, so she's been here a while (She's 36).So yeah, I'm hoping to get a few lines so it's an easy transition for her if she gets in. |

hola! this is anya, she's turning 23 on halloween this year and she hails from stockholm, sweden (currently residing in apartment #219). her early childhood was lovely, she had a baby brother who she loves more than life itself. though for a pretty long time span her dad abused her and her mum until her and her baby brother found her after she'd supposedly killed herself. she thinks differently. though she moved to chicago when she was about turning 21 so she's been here for about a year and some months. right now she's studying art in college and working as a receptionist of a tattoo shop! she's very friendly, outspoken, total social butterfly. chances are if she's left alone with someone she'll end up striking a conversation somehow. she has some secrets that she's not willing to share with anyone who isn't her brother or cousin but she's fine now. she likes to drink on occasion, she's a bit of a pothead at times and chainsmokes cigarettes.
as for lines i'd love if someone wanted to play her brother/ask someone to if they'd be interested, people she's seen in and out of the tattoo shop, classmates, coworkers if possible, someone to shamelessly flirt with since relationships are a drag. anything goes really! |

hello, prettys! i might as well jump on one of these. this here is liana reyes. shes pretty new to chicago, and would haved moved here about five months ago. but shes very social so i wouldn't be suprised if she knew a lot of people already. also - if any of your characters have history in: texas, connecticut, new york, or mexico they can definitely have known eachother in the past. i honestly wouldn't mind throwing another city in her bio either if you want that.
heres a run down: lia is a mother of one, although if you asked her she has three kids. one of them being her six month old daughter ayanna, one being her boyfriends six year old son grant, and the other being her boyfriend. hes a big child ;). shes a super mom. she goes to school three days a week, and the other days is a stay at home mommy. they live in the big ol three bedroom apt 108.
lines are a little hard with this one just because shes new, but i'm up for some organic run-intos or maybe shes a regulaur at your persons coffee shop or something. she also attends colombia, so anyone she can run into in class would be awesome. i'm not exactly sure. lets brainstorm! |

I apped Mason here for apt. 402. He's 26, pretty easy going and originally from a small town in Georgia. Moved up to the Chicago area back in high school because his mother wanted more for her kids and pushed his dad into taking a job offer. The summer before heading off to college he went and married his high school sweetheart on a whim. Things didn't work out though, and he ended up divorced by his senior year. I am working on some lines, if anyone's interested, or else I'm open to brainstorming or filling anything anyone else needs. Feel free to take a look at his bio if you want to too. |

I'm nearing completion of his bio pending a few details, but this here is Vincent Andrews, Chicago native-turned-California tattoo artist until a favor due to his brother landed him back home. He is, however, worlds apart from his brother who is a lawyer doing business between Chicago and New York. Vince himself currently lives in a studio at #309 and works at a yet unnamed tattoo shop as owner/artist, which just about sums up the jist of his description; lol. Personality-wise, Vincent is rather laid back and accepting of those around him, tries not to judge, and is just genuinely trying to live his life how he feels he wants to. Full bio is right this way.
That's all I'm going to put anyone through for now; lol. Storylines are pretty open - friends, people who don't like him for one reason or another, return customers, fellow artists, etc., etc. I'm down for whatever you can throw at me. I've got an AIM for him at autoclavince, but I'm always reachable by contact post or here for sure. |

Hello everyone! This girl here is Kaelyn Montgomery, she lives up in apartment 416 with her 7 month old son, Bryson and his father. Although his father is usually gone every other week or for weeks on end. She's originally from Camestown, Florida, which is in the middle of the Everglades. But she claims she's from New York. She changed her name when she was 18, to hide from her past. After the death of her father, her mother married 5 other men, each one ending up in the death of them. Which...Kaelyn soon found out was her mother's dirty deeds. Rather then fussing up to the fact and being put in jail, she ended up killing herself. Leaving Kaelyn with a large about of money.
Although she doesn't need it, she ended up seeing men twice her own age, for their money. She couldn't help it. Having a role model like her mother caused her to fall into he same pattern. Although, Kaelyn hasn't killed anyone. Yet...hehe. She met her son's father about 2 years ago. It started out as a fling, because he is married. But when Kaelyn realized she was pregnant, he moved her here to Chicago to hide her from his wife.
She doesn't work, her job is to take care of Bryson and shop. Which she does remarkably well. She is a very big people person and is as sweet as pie. Some people can see her as an air head t first, but she's not stupid. She knows how to twist things and get just what she wants. A trait she got from her mother. Although she's sweet, she has a temper and everyone will probably know when her and Bryson's father are fighting. She isn't afraid of people hearing them. It fuels her point more. Most of their fights are about his wife by the way.
As for lines...I have the Bryson's dad coming in soon, along with his brother. I'd love for the wife to just show up in Chicago. Makes life a little more difficult for her. Ummm...I'm looking for her best friend, maybe a few cousins that actually know about her past, about her mother and what REALLY happened in New York. Other then that...anything is open. She's friendly...I'm friendly.
She has an OOC post in her journal, or if you ever see me online my OOC screen name is xlongridehomex. Aim was being a pain last night when I applied her so an IC screen name will be coming shortly for her. Look forward to playing with everyone! |

Hi there everyone! This here is Molly. She's 18 and has been living in the building for about seven months. She moved in after she got divorced from her parents when she was 17 for reasons she doesn't like to talk about. She's the mother of a 13 month old who she raises all by herself. The father died when she was pregnant so she's all her son has. She struggles sometimes but does the best she can. Failure isn't an option for her. Ever.
She's currently a senior in highschool and does private tutoring after school. On the weekends, she cleans houses. I haven't decided the exact number yet but it's a job that definitely pays well. It's tough having two jobs but it pays for her bills and daycare enough that she has money left over so she's happy. She gets help now and then from her Godfather but she doesn't enjoy it because she'd rather do it all on her own.
Personality wise, she's a nice friendly girl. A goodie two shoes if you will. She's soft spoken and a little shy but not shy enough that she won't randomly approach people when she has something to say. Though sometimes she just likes to sit back and watch those around her. She's a hardworker and her school work usually coming before she has any fun downtime. Her grades are very important to her. She likes to put others before herself and would take the shirt off of her back if someone needed her help. She tends to be a little too forgiving sometimes, which has definitely gotten her in trouble because people like to walk all over her.

Hey everyone, my guy is Jonathon Dreijer (pronounced DRE-JER). He comes from Upstate NY orignally, lots of hills and nature and forest and all that. His personality is more introverted, but not half as introverted as it once was. Like some kids, he had a pretty rough road in school due to his father and brother, certain people at school, his physical weight was above average, things he won't easily speak about, etc., so he left his home on a whim and on drugs just to end up sleeping in his car for a while with his dog Hamilton until he got sober, woke up and looked for a job to at least better his physical health. He ended up becoming a mechanic a year after graduating highschool ( when he ran out of options, and by options I mean he had no options ). Dreijer enjoys camping, canoing and getting outside of work and the city whenever possible, seeing the hills and making new friends. He came out of his shell about a year ago and has opened up tremendously. His sense of humor is almost vulgar despite his humbling nature, which surprises most. He doesn't have a preference when it comes to sexual orientation -- in fact, he's has only had a girlfriend once back in high school and can barely figure what romance is.
Overall, Jon is generous, funny, odd, and a closet pervert. He's also definitely a great story-teller / bar-hopper / camper / roommate / friend.
I guess any line is great, anything at all. He has an older brother named Bryan who was a dick when they were growing up, but he's progressed into being less of a dick and a decent human being, so. That line would be great to fill as would any.

Ello loves this lovely lady is Phoenix Rinaldi. She is a Lady Gaga pb and I use Gaga in both her brown hair and blonde hair phases. The basics about Phoenix is that she had a surprisingly peaceful upbringing and yet she had a unique upbringing in the sense that both of her parents work in the adult entertainment business.
Phoenix herself is an adult performer. She's done soft core porn one time and did not enjoy it. Now she works as one of the headliners in a club much like the Burlesque club in said named movie and Moulin Rouge. It's a whole lot of naughty with a little bit nice, IE, it is not your average strip club.
Personality wise, Phoenix hides her job and so when people see her she will often be dressed down or in business clothes. She's very family oriented and loves everyone until they either fuck her or someone she loves over. She's very motherly to those who have had hard times. Very good at listening she likes to call herself The Rapista as in therapist. A quirk about her is those who she knows often have a key to her apartment and when the door is not locked they have access to it at all times. She often cooks huge meals and plenty of other foods and leaves them for her family when they are hungry.
She often goes by the nickname Fefe and is extremely non judgmental. I am working on getting an aim but I do have an IC and OOC post so feel free to harass her! |

Hullo! Looking for any lines for Eleanor. Friends, acquaintances, exes, or even a frenemy.
A little info; she's big into fashion, as is a part of her career. She's also a fan of history, art, and films. Her mornings are pretty routine, so it's easy to run into her as she leaves. She hangs out around coffee shops in the morning, and bistros during lunch. In the evening, if she's not going out to a work function, she stops by the bar or the movies.

I guess I'll break the proverbial ice here and plea for lines.
This here is Sutton Harris, she lives in apt. 315 with her youngest sister and her bff (who is also applying). She is a student at U of Illinois- Chicago with a major in Art History. She's also a barista at Starbucks. She's kind of a bookworm and always has her camera with her.
