a hero will save us just in time
There's a man in a brown cloak and green clothes sleeping on the back of a horse that's meandering towards the sign. Epona looked around, snorted, and stopped by the sign rather abruptly, waking the man on her back.

Link snapped awake, blinking somewhat blearily. "Did we get to Termina already, Epona?" he asked, yawning. Then he took stock of his surroundings. "Where are we?" He slid off of Epona's back, one hand on his sword hilt as he investigated the area, Epona sticking close.

Then he noticed the sign. "Ask a question," he echoed, reading out loud. "What, besides the obvious 'where am I'?" He looked around. "All right. I guess this is customary around here, better stick with local customs. Have you ever been away from home for a long time? What's it like going back?"

	Riza scrambled back a few steps a little nervously, keeping a wary eye on the big heavy feet. "Well, I remember what a mess I was when I first got here, and I'm a good enough bodyguard that I can tell you're probably harmless, and if I'm wrong, there's still the AVF, so it's all good," she said, grinning at him. 	He grabbed her hand gently, pulling it over to put it on Epona's neck. "See? She won't hurt you. She likes when you pet like this." He moved her hand down Epona's neck. Epona, for her part, remained still, watching this calmly. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
