Despite what the icon may lead you to believe, Mack is not wearing a cowboy hat. Go figure.

He's rolling up his shirt sleeves, seemingly paying very little attention to his surroundings. This is probably not the case. He's got...some kind of...thorny...baton...thing in a holster. It looks cool, whatever the hell it is. When he's satisfied with his state of dress, he looks up.

"You ever meet somebody made you wish you'd known somebody else a little earlier?"

	Is this the same man from a few weeks ago? If it is, he certainly looks much better than he did when she helped dress his wound. "Gosh yes. And it's good to see you again sir, how've been doing?" Funny, she hadn't caught his name before. (Reply to this) (Thread)

"Yeah?" He cocks his eyebrow at her, curious, but adjusts from one foot to the other and answers her question. "I've been doing just fine, ma'am. Got my situation sorted out, as it were." He offers her his hand. "Liutenant Colonel Marshall Sumner, ma'am." He's not terribly impressed with the step down in rank, but after some experience with the Dhonal palace guard, he's pretty sure the Captain's days as Captain are limited.
