What: Reflecting on the pins.
With the beer, pretzels, and cigarette trays, the Bowling Alley had that seedy pub atmosphere to it. Scorpius liked it.
No one would think to look for him in such a place. He wasn't avoiding anyone. Not really. It was just convenient that no one who may or may not be pressuring him to make up his mind about a decision he didn't want to think about could find him. Especially when he didn't exactly know how to bowl.
The concept seemed simple enough: roll a ball, knock down as many pins as possible.
As for the execution.. Scorpius was getting there. He was still tying his shoelaces up and wondering why in Merlin's beard they had to wear ugly clown shoes.
