Who: Alice Hannah and Mad Hatter Ernie
Where: The restaurant deck
What: Well, Ernie's playing with all the teacups, don't know what Hannah's doing
When: Six-ish aka tea time
Rating: PG is safe

This ship was funny, very funny. It had all these tea things, and all these little tables and utensils. And the best part about these tables? SO. MANY. TEACUPS! Oh no, wait, and there were people who got rid of them! Without being asked, really, it was incredible. The Mad hatter had looked around this place, he had been here a few weeks, had seen strange creatures. He had slept in boxes and amongst books, and in something very cold where there was a lot of flesh stored. Now though... now he was trying out all the seats along this strip where there were tons of little tables. And every few minutes, he moved down to the next chair or table. Every one of them had to be tried. And as soon as his butt hit the chair, there was more tea! He pulled the teapot closer to him and poured himself a cup with exceptional flair. He held it up, poured the liquid in through the neck of his shirt, and out it trickled into the cup through the sleeve of his arm. What a magical place!

Now, where was the sugar, and where was the March Hare?

Alice had taken to wandering around the ship everyday, because there was something new to see everyday! She had rather taken to the magical jumping room, but today she felt like doing something different; perhaps tea?

She walked around the food area until a rather familiar face popped out to her. She looked around the corner once more, before tilting her head in a questioning way. The Mad Hatter? It certainly looked like him and acted like him. She made her way into the room, taking a seat next to him, only to have him jump up once more.

"What are you doing?" she asked, following his lead.

The Mad Hatter looked at Alice, puzzled by her question. Why, he was trying all the chairs and all the teacups, of course. Whoever made this tea deserved an honorable mention as well, it was delicious. For a brief moment he wondered what kind of tea it was, noting all the subtle undertones it had, while still tasting like another type. Maybe he had discovered a new type of tea! Yes, that was it! Of course, it all made sense now.

"Well," he began and pulled the sugar toward himself. The Mad Hatter took the lid off it, and plucked a few sugar cubes out of it to throw into his cup. After stirring and trying it, he realized it needed a lot more sugar and took a handful of sugar. That was much better, he decided, and offered the cup to Alice.

Alice looked at the cup and took a sip, before coughing. "Too much sugar," she said, handing it back to him. "May I have another?" She sat down in the chair next to him, folding her hands in her lap. She knew that it was rather impolite to invite oneself over for tea, but then again, this didn't seem to be this person's particular place of residence. So she resigned herself to just sit and wait for another cup to be offered to her.
