Aviel frowned and pulled at simple tank shirt that was itching him to no end. He was thankful that the clothing he'd packed nearly a year ago were still intact and still fit him, but the impromptu washing they'd received in a creek left them stiff and uncomfortable. He sighed, of course this being his first time wearing clothes in almost a year may have had something to do with his discomfort. He winced at the noise of all the people mulling around the market, it was going to take some time to get used to all this noise again. It was almost deafening and made his head pound.
Sighing again he looked around at the various stalls trying to find something for his father. Maybe something for Marion too. His father had been far more upset than he'd ever imagined when Aviel left and he really needed something to present as an apology when he returned. For Marion too, he just hoped she'd actually accept it. He took very little money with him when he left and had passed over quite a few items already when he spied an intricate pipe and a set of tiny crystalline figures house on a simple hand-mirror. He considered the items for a moment before purchasing them, thanking the provider.
When the 'shop' keeper handed him the items, now wrapped securely, he nodded and turned away considering what to do. He was feeling anxious, he supposed he'd go to his father's estate first as it was on the edges of the city then head into the forest to visit Marion. He sighed wearily and moved to sit down on a nearby bench instead. He'd gotten this far... but honestly he wasn't sure if he could do this. He frowned down at the packages and shook his head, sighing once more, "I suppose it's now or never..."
Standing up, he began to make his way to his father's before stopping dead as his senses were overwhelmed with a very familiar scent. He turned quickly as saw a very familiar girl not twenty feet from him. He shook his head and slowly moved towards her, "M... Mari?"
