This is likely well beside the point, but while I've heard a lot of chatter recently about the White Witch's particular cruelty, or her mode of transport, or her aesthetic (very nice, very themed!), there's one aspect to her that's eluded me so far.

What does she want? Why target us? There's a whole sodding world out there, after all, that's likely less defended. What's she going to get out of it? Simple subjugation? Bragging rights? I've never been one to parse the motives of anything that I knew how to kill offhand, but as I'm well-mystified by this Witch, the question nonetheless stands.

All citizens, please be aware that we have reason to believe that we are dealing with an individual called Jadis from one of the Podkru's realms, Narnia. We do not know exactly what this individual wants with us, but we have increased military patrol shifts and the range of our scouting missions for the protection of Mount Weather. Guards have been placed with our regular hunting and fishing gathering crews, and our scouts have investigated the area where Marie D'Acanto's statue was found yesterday. We are acting on this information and searching for more.

In the meantime, we ask that all citizens of Mount Weather remain calm and cautious.

A physical description of Jadis is as follows:

We urge all citizens to never go anywhere alone, and never go anywhere without letting someone else know where you will be going and the times you will be gone. This is vital to make sure that we do not lose track of you.

If you happen across this individual, please hasten back to the mountain and alert the nearest guard, military, or law enforcement personnel. And if you cannot, trust that the protocol above will have us looking for you as soon as possible.

So is there an actual plan for dealing with the one doing this?

Okay, so obviously the pod god has been dropping off things from home that can do some damage. Dragons, frost giants, droids, etc. Thankfully usually at least a few of us know the threats inside and out but I'm wondering what's gonna happen if the one with know how is off doing some kind of run and ain't around to help us figure out vulnerabilities from the getgo.

Do we got any kind of database set up with potentials threats that might get dropped off? Is that something we might wanna create if we don't got one going?

Let me say again how much I appreciate the effort being put into learning the language. It shows a great deal of support for those of us who are not accustomed to having people like you around -- I cannot speak for my people, but I am very grateful. I know how difficult it is to learn a language so unusual, as I have the same troubles in the opposite direction. Undertaking the challenge is a great compliment, and we do not take it lightly.

I am a healer of illness and injury and of the mind for my people, and will be doing the same here. I do not know your methods of medicine, but I am happy to learn. If there are others from your worlds or amongst the Podkru that you think would be better suited to our healing and care than these Mountain ways, please let me know. I'm happy to help those beyond just the Floukru. You have my word to treat your people as though they are my own.

There is much that is different in your culture, so please pardon us as we learn. In return, I am willing to teach parts of ours to you.

It's come to my attention recently that one of our Fables has been spotted around Mount Weather. Her name is Bloody Mary, and she's a lot more vicious and cruel than you may even think. She can use any reflective surface — mirrors, windows, glasses — as a portal which means that if you have any of those things in your housing, you may want to remove them temporarily until she can be dealt with. She has short black hair with red streaks at the front, freckles and is pale.

I know that a lot of you may believe that you can handle her, but I urge you not to take her on by yourself. She very nearly killed Bigby several times, and he's a tough son of a bitch. I ask that you inform us if you see her, and then find a safe location without a reflective surface.
