Is anyone else getting the feeling that someone went "oh, you thought the Emma Swan debacle was a witch hunt? We'll show you a witch hunt"?

If you were wondering what life felt like just before the Sentinel program started, this was it.

Been pretty quiet since I got back, sure. But coming back from the dead (basically) to find lots of your friends split - that's really kind of insane. Good news don't mean much either But I'm glad to see all of you. Real glad.

Anyway. I wanted to say I'm sorry for everything that happened. And I wanted to say thank you to everybody that tried to help me.

Mount Weather, 2151.

Not where I expected to end up.

Mount Weather's military divisions were hit hard in the recent large wave of departures. As our reduced population does nothing to reduce the size of the area we need to protect or the size of the threats we may face, we are reorganizing, consolidating, and calling up some additional volunteers to ensure the safety of our home and its citizens.

The Soldier and Guard divisions have been merged, and will share duties among three squads: Bravo, Charlie, and Echo. To maintain a 24-hour guard on Mount Weather, the Scout divisions will also be taking one shift per week, alternating days and nights. The Mapping division is being consolidated into one group, reporting to Sgt. Spock. We called up Fair Weather Friends, so you'll need to take a look at this if you've signed up for the position.

I've known a great deal of horrible people in my life. Thedas fosters it, I suppose. A life far less comfortable, never knowing if you're going to sleep in a bed or on the road, always having a weapon handy out of necessity.

I've become far too complacent here. Back home, my life was pledged to the Wardens. I'd be dead otherwise. I used to hate it, to think I'd rather die instead of fighting for a good cause, because it was difficult. I was young, sheltered and thought I deserved more out of life. But that life was spent hiding, that life was spent in fear that I'd be caught and killed for being an Apostate. That life was nothing.

It took me years to realize that being a Grey Warden was the one thing that made me free. No matter if I was pledged to them or not, I was safe from Templars and if anything was going to kill me, it was going to be on my own terms against the Darkspawn.

This horrid, wretched beast and her minions are not going to destroy our freedoms. Not now.

Emma and Jean - would the two of you be willing to meet me near the blast doors? I failed at saving Marie, but I'm not going to let that failure carry over to the Grounders or the animals that are frozen, as well.

Mr. Lensherr, we'd discussed briefly some possibilities for separating the Witch from her wand which is her most obvious weapon. In my world we were able to do so with difficulty, but the method has been described as "charge and pray" and was regarded as a suicide mission at the time. While there are those who would be willing to do the same again now, we should at least make an attempt at something less lethal. The wand is made of gold, and Rogue suggested that your ability might help in removing the wand without risking anyone too close to her.

All of which is quite a lot of words to ask for your help, but considering the most you know of me from our conversation with the other X-men are my worst failings, a few words are likely owed.

I don't want to raise premature hopes, but I should also tell both of you the recent pod drop gifted one of our magic users with an ingredient that may help with a cure

I'm reaching out to you because we've either been in this discussion since the beginning, or you are friends with Marie D'Ancanto. Myself, I feel the weight of responsibility because the woman we seek is Jadis, the White Witch of Narnia.

So, I'm reaching out to Steve Rogers and Snow White. Not because I do not think we're incapable of figuring up a way to save Marie and the others who came to this fate, but because we can't do anything without a plan - we found Marie because she wanted us to. We don't know where she is, what kind of associates she keeps, we do not have any intelligence. Therefore, we must wait for her to come to us.

Aslan's right out. There is no hope in him. We must look to our own strength. That's why I think the best idea is to include our Councilors and Command to set up some rules. But in the meantime, if we all watch one another's back and if we don't go off alone ... we'll be in a better position to fight her when she finally shows herself.

I'm sure you've seen by now that Marie D'Ancanto has been found turned to stone. And while we've all been guessing at the activities of this White Witch, the one our people called Jadis, I'm now confident that it's her. In Narnia, she could travel between worlds. She'd even been to our London once, before going back and obtaining immortality.

But when Rogue found her - when she spoke of sleigh bells, when the snow began to fall again - I've got it all sealed quite up in my mind. It's her. And here are a couple more ways to know it:

Track the patterns of people who live around the mountain. See where they're going and how they flow. She'll start to gather power around her.

Watch for snow. It's begun again, and it's a herald of her power. I have hope that the snow is wet, heavy and hard to stay, well. Snow. Perhaps she is not full-powered. But if she can sledge about in it, that's her sign. She wants us to know she's come.

Watch our people, please. Many of them are very powerful in their own world and I think could be tempted to Jadis' way of thinking if she positions herself in the right of their thinking. It wouldn't shock me if she'd already had spies among us.

At the edge of this, I truly don't believe we'll find her until she is quite ready. Her power will shield her from our view, unless you have technology I'm not familiar with. But I think we can be well-prepared to defend against her, whilst we find a way to determine exactly how to fix those people turned to stone.

Good to know humanity is still goddamn predictable when it comes to wars. Fucking atomc bombs. We really didn't learn anything, did we?

I've been searching and going over every damn place Marie showed me she liked to venture off to while gathering things for everyone. And I still ain't finding a trace of her anywhere. I dunno if any of the rest of you who do that job got any idea where else she might have gone. But I'm open to suggestions.

Also considering just heading out for a few days of non-stop looking further and further around the perimeter for a few miles. I doubt she accidentally wandered Jean or Rachel would be able to hea And the butterfl

There are some caves that could use a bit more of a look over if nothing else.

I've used my powers more than a few times since getting here. I've saved a few lives with them. The weather hasn't exploded, so I think I'm safe.

I want to start pushing with them again, but Chloe gets worried. She should get worried after everything she's been through, but things happen here so fast... if I need to use my abilities to help someone, I can't be stumbling around and guessing like I did at home. I learn more when I'm not alone and I have someone to bounce ideas off of.

If you have the time, I mean.
