[Clarke, Octavia, Bellamy, Lincoln]
Shit's not good, guys. While you were gone Podkru have been coming up with huge projects like communication towers that are going to affect other people. Planning how they're going to do it before they've even checked with department heads. When I called them on it and pointed out all the kinds of information they need that they can only get by consulting us I basically got told that we were hypocrites to object because we made mistakes in our first months here. And now one anonymous person uses the network to say the Podkru are scary, as a complete aside in a post about Grounders, and suddenly they're talking about killing us and taking the mountain?

I don't like this. Any of it. We welcomed them here, we've been working with them, learning from each other, trusted them enough to include them in our government, and they're acting like we're pests that need to be eradicated.

If anyone feels like they're getting shit from Skaikru, tell me and I'll deal with it. Get a name if you can.

Is anyone else getting the feeling that someone went "oh, you thought the Emma Swan debacle was a witch hunt? We'll show you a witch hunt"?

If you were wondering what life felt like just before the Sentinel program started, this was it.

We're back, and with good news for once. Lexa called us to Polis to offer us a place as the 13th Clan in the Coalition, and she's given us a week to decide if we want to accept or not. The Command officials will be meeting for the next few days to discuss it, but even though we won't be having an official vote, your thoughts are still valuable. This is a big decision on our part, and it's worth publicly discussing so that your representatives can accurately argue for your perspective in the meetings.

Speaking of the Council, we're having a shift in personnel: Abby Griffin is stepping down as Chancellor to devote more of her time to Medical. This means we're down from 5 members of the Council to 4 for the time being, because Marcus Kane is stepping up as Interim Chancellor until an official election later this year. Kane served the Council on the Ark, and to be totally honest, he understands and negotiates more effectively with the Grounders than Chancellor Griffin ever did. This is a positive thing, and Chancellor Kane should be addressing everyone in his own words soon.

I'm not sure what the chance means for you, because I'm not sure if Mom has talked to you about it. She basically resigned in Polis instead of waiting to get back. Kane might be more proactive about announcing things himself or he may want to use you the way Abby did. I'm just not sure, and I wanted to give you the head's up.

Peeta Mellark, Mordin Solus, Sandry fa Torin, TJ Wagner, Evie Frye, Ravi Chakrabarti, Kallian Tabris, Baelfire* (*Basically, Podkru people established to be her Real Actual Friends in this post. I'm happy to add people if you drop me a note!):
I know Ieft almost as soon as everyone reappeared, so I'm sorry I didn't check in earlier, but: hi, I missed everyone who was gone and I'm happy for everyone who got somebody back.

How are you guys doing?

How are you doing? Are you even awake yet?

(ooc; i'm popping out for dinner, but i wanted to get this up so people could start talking about the 13th clan thing without having to wait for me. be back soon, xoxo.)

(ooc; very very slightly backdated to early this morning)

A head's up for everybody who works outside: the Ice Nation and the Woods Clan are having some border disputes that we need to stay away from. Some Trikru have already died for it, and if we don't want to add our own numbers to it, we need to respect Commander Lexa's requests to keep to ourselves and stay out of the fighting for now.

A last second invite to Polis arrived this morning, so I'll be leaving soon, along with the Chancellor, Councilor Kane and General Woeste. The trip shouldn't be long; Commander Lexa clearly wants to discuss something with our leaders, and Grounders tend to be very direct. Still, if anything happens in the meantime, Councilors Rogers and Adaar are staying here.

Bellamy + Octavia:
You've both been invited to Polis with me, Mom, Kane, and Woeste. The message arrived later than it was supposed to thanks to Azgeda harassing the messenger, so we've got about an hour before we have to be on the road.

mount weather network; clarke griffin (001)

I know you're all exhausted, but we're not finished just yet.

All the military reports are in and the last of the goblins is dead. Anyone taking shelter in a safe location is free to move about the mountain, and I'm going to ask that any civilian who is physically able volunteers to help in the next few days. It'll mean pulling double shifts and going outside your department, but Mount Weather needs all hands on deck to really be livable right now.

  • Military + Fair Weather Friends: I'd rather all of you get some kind of sleep or rest, but I know most of you are stubborn, so I'm asking that you at least try to volunteer somewhere comparitively low stress. You deserve a break.
  • Medical: We're still treating the injured and we could use more civilian volunteers. I've talked to Hawke about setting up a rotation for the doctors, nurses and field medics, but again, I know a lot of you are stubborn. I won't be surprised if you refuse to take a nap, but I will remind you that tired medics make mistakes. If you're usually working in medical, do the most important work on your patients and leave anything that you can easily explain to a layman to the volunteers.
  • Infrastructure: The tunnels need to be collapsed and the walls need to be repaired. Our infrastructure department took a lot of cuts a few weeks ago, so if you're up for some labor, they also desperately need volunteers.
  • Law Enforcement: We need an updated list of our survivors, our injured and our dead ASAP. Many of our officers are FWF and may be injured, so if everyone could check in with an officer before switching departments, that would help.
  • Crafts: Anybody who knows useful salvage from garbage and has a strong stomach needs to volunteer for Craft detail for a while. They'll be looting and disposing of the dead bodies. Our main priorities are to get them out of the mountain and not to leave them out to attract predators; the best way to do that is by burning them. We'll need someone to maintain a pyre far enough from the blast doors to keep the stink some distance away from us.
  • Civilian: With so much of our residential area damaged, we need more hands on deck than usual to clean up the damaged areas to make them livable again. Until that's done, anyone not catching rest in the hospital while they're recovering will have to bunk with someone in 504 or find somewhere else to sleep until their rooms are safe. I'm also asking that the kitchen staff deliver food to workers instead of calling everybody away and into the Mess Hall. People are either wiped or working, and we want to get this done as soon as possible. Normally Lily Potter would
  • This is an all hands on deck situation. I know it's asking a lot so soon after repelling an invasion, but it's about keeping our home livable, and everyone needs volunteers. The only non-essential areas that will resume as normal are going to be childcare, education and The Rose. The kids need the normalcy, and I have a feeling you'd all find a way to get a drink even if I told you not to. As soon as you're done with duties in one area, or if a certain job overloads you in some way, you need to volunteer in another area. Nobody expects you to do nothing but clean up dead bodies the entire time, but that just means you'll need to move over to something like food service or infrastructure and rotate with someone.

Most importantly, stay safe, take breaks every few hours, and don't forget to eat and stay hydrated. Medical is going to be too busy tending to the wounded to hover over you about self care, but if you make dangerous mistakes because you're tired or pass out from dehydration, you're adding more to Medical's workload. There's no issue of banding together and getting this done, because I've seen you all do it time and time again, but we're down over 180 people from the last time we dealt with something this damaging inside Mount Weather itself and I know that many of you will work yourselves to the bone if we let you.

You saved us all today. Take care of yourselves.

For those of you I've not met directly, I apologize. I've not been as present and available as I should be, and I'm going to fix that from here on. My name is Clarke, for those who are new. I serve as Co-Head of Operations alongside Bellamy.

I'm going to be establishing a consistent set of 'office hours' on Sunday afternoons from 2pm until 5pm. Basically, I'll be available for questions, comments, concerns, etc. Whatever you have on your mind, I'm willing to listen. I want to make sure that we're functioning as well as possible within the mountain.

Of course, I'm always available outside of Sundays too, I just may be a bit more distracted.

That's about it. Have a nice night.

Hello. I'm trying to make sure I'm not completely behind and off-base -- would you mind giving me a general idea of what's going on in each department? It's not required, obviously, but it'd help me get caught up on what I've missed while distracted. Just a general gist sort of thing, that's all I'm interested in. If you've got any special projects that I can help with, let me know that too.

    Feb. 4th, 2016

With most of Jaha gone back to camp we've got the chance to run proper stress tests on all the systems that have been over capacity all winter and see where we need to focus. If anything goes down put in a report but don't worry too much. It's probably just us.

If you're not already working on something else you'll be either checking test results or working on walkies and comms. I know it's not the most exciting work but it's important and it'll hold us over until we can get the build outside going again.

I am Marshal Stacker Pentecost. I'm looking for a man called Hercules Hansen.

Who are the highest ranking officers in this facility?

    Jan. 26th, 2016

    » How's Bellamy?

    Jan. 13th, 2016

You were right the other day. I should know better, and I should keep some things to myself around other people. They don't need to know everything.

But we still need to talk.

    Jan. 11th, 2016

Again with the super awkward updates on the whole in-world diplomacy thing. And with nothing really solid to go on, either. You guys realize this is an issue, right? Please tell me this isn't something we're just ignoring. Because ignoring stuff leads to bad choices. And bad choices lead to lots of things. If you want me to make you a list, I totally will. But something tells me that with "nuclear war" on the table, you get it.

So, if any Grounder wants to chat, I'm game. We can even hang out. I'll teach you how to play Rummy (or Pitch, if you're feeling super fancy).

Basically, I'm here to make friends. And fix your computers. And watch you. But that's my job. I mean, I'm not trying to be creepy. Hey Lincoln, I see you in the Med Bay. Does the Doctor who got kicked in the nuts need some ice?

All that being said, can we chat? Level set, even. I need some lady time.

    Jan. 10th, 2016

Scouts just got back. Lexa's contingent is bigger than we were expecting and they're an hour or two out. I'm going to ride out to meet them halfway. Lincoln, Octavia, Bellamy? Unless you're putting out a fire, you're coming with me. We'll radio back if there's any problem.

I had some questions I kept meaning to ask but getting altogether distracted.

First, is there a history of us being kept, of the Sky People and those of us who came here by Pod? Written record as well as inevitibly an oral tradition.

And second, would any of you mind if I did some digging at a few sites I've been thinking of. Only I'm an archaeologist by trade and you never know what I might come across down the line?

Date night sweetie. It's been too long

    Jan. 8th, 2016

    1. Is there a limit to the length of showers? Because water showers? Very nice
    2. I FOUND MY SABBACC deck. Who's in?
    3. Dameron, I have a V.I.D. for you.
    4. General Leia, do you have a moment?

    Jan. 7th, 2016

I like breakfast. Simple pleasures in life, right? Food and warmth when you're tired and cranky, no matter how burned or watery the coffee is. Usually a win/win situation.

Know what I don't like at breakfast? Hepped up chode-raging morons who can't share a goddamn public space for five seconds before they arrive at the conclusion that 'I have all this penis, and by golly, the world should know, so I'd better start asserting myself pronto'.

Here's a note for anyone else looking to beat the January doldrums by attacking someone else over a muffin: don't. I don't care what you are. Floukru, Trigdakru, Sky People, Pod People, get over yourselves. We already put one kid in the hospital over this stupidity, and we are not going to keep at it. None of us are better than the others. We all have the same right to life; I don't care what your backstory is or who owns the land or who died here ten months ago because this is survival and it's messy and it's brutal and if we start to go at each other, really go at each other, surprise! Starvation and radiation won't have to kill us because we can't even share a frickin' mountain.

Get over yourself and think about it before you pick a fight with someone you don't like or understand. We may not be better than that but I'd appreciate it if you can fake it for a few more months, okay? Okay.

    My coffee is cold.

[ ooc - As per the calendar: "The Floukru and Trigdakru do not seem to get along very well, but maybe that's just tensions running wild. ONE VOLUNTEER breaks up what looks like it will be a fight between the two group leaders." Veronica attempted to calm them down using 'hey now, enough of that', and when that didn't work, she shoved her 5'1 body between them and Mom Voice'd them until they backed down. Feel free to have seen or heard about it! ]

    Dec. 31st, 2015

Heads up. We got to the sight of the dropped pod. It's empty. Either the Grounders got here or it's another case of someone not having a body or something. Either way, it's open and empty.

But there's something weirder out here.

Clarke, you mentioned pauna? That enormous gorilla thing? We've found one out here, but it's like a statue. Frozen or something.

Please advise us what you want us to do with it.

    Dec. 28th, 2015

I love Clarke. There. I said it. I've never said that about someone before.

I thought saying it was supposed to feel better than this, but I just feel like an idiot.

Before destroying any reflective surface, consider covering it with something.

    [The 100 + Lincoln]
Can we just ponder for a moment about the absurdity of our lives? There is a woman who can travel through reflective surfaces to kill us. This is our actual reality.

Come have a drink with me, Matt and Foggy. It's been a long day.

How have you been? I know it's been busy, but I want to check in and see how you're doing.

    Dec. 2nd, 2015

I've been here almost two weeks. It's gone by really quickly so far. Maybe it'll be April before we know it. Or maybe that's wishful thinking.

How many of us here are... gifted, in some way? Enhanced? Special abilities or powers? I was told there's a large number, but I haven't been very good at branching out so far. I know that's not a question everyone is going to feel comfortable answering in public, so if you want to talk in private, I'm okay with that too. I promise I'm harmless.

Maybe I should have gone along with you earlier. More time in that bunker with no windows would've been good practice for what's going to be a long, long winter.
Hey. I've spoken to some of you already, or seen you around medical. I'm Dr. Campbell, but you can just call me Lincoln. I was wondering if I could talk to one of you. I've been having these dr I'm not sure how many of you have experience with evil organizations kidnapping people and running experiments on them, but someone who knows about that would be helpful. I know that's very straight to the point, and it probably seems nonchalant, but I don't know how else to say it, and my story's already on the network.
