KYLE REESE & JOHN CONNOR:
I got a new housing unit for us. Pops is itching to be useful, so he's already been packing everything up.
PEGGY CARTER & ANGIE MARTINELLI:
Kyle and I are moving out. I know that Pops is a bit much. He's been this way for 30 years, so I don't think he's going to be changing any time soon. We also have another person to look after, so we're heading out. Thank you for being who you are.

Murders, evil shades afoot and a growing pile of stone animals. How are you really, Mount Weather?

[LINCOLN CAMPBELL]
I've been watching you, Mr. Campbell. I understand that you are affiliated with SHIELD in the year 2015; an organisation dedicated to keeping evil at bay. An organisation I co-founded with my dearest friend.

I want you to tell me where SHIELD's landed. And I want you to be perfectly frank.

[STEVE ROGERS, BUCKY BARNES, NATASHA ROMANOFF, PHIL COULSON]
I bloody well hope you're keeping score here. The Sky People, the Grounders, the Mountain Men. They have all their bases covered. We have a system of governance that, while very useful in establishing lanes for our people, doesn't help us gain a foothold.

Natasha's previous missive is my launching point. This idleness, I shan't continue in it. Resource sharing is all well and good within the light of day, but even the shadows hold their own advantages. And I propose that we use our combined skills to gain a covert foothold. I will not stand for another murder - one of you, even - when I could do something to stop it.

[ANGIE]
Hold onto your hat, darling.

Bollocksed, all of I've had some time to myself and created my own little Advent Calendar. I know that some of you share similar traditions.

So, instead of keeping little trinkets I've made, I'll probably simply share them.

[KYLE, SARAH, ANGIE]
All right. I've quietly endured the silent stares of your bodyguard for quite long enough. Who is he? Why is he here? When is he very well leaving? If I hear the word mate one more time, I may very well shoot him.

[HERC]
Troubled, still?

Coats, gloves, scarves, hats and blankets are in good supply. With the temperature dropping in the thirties overnight, it's simply ridiculous to go cold. Speak your need.

[ANGIE]
Howard bloody Stark strikes again. That pod had a little gift for me, darling, and I'd much rather not share the contents with anyone besides us. Unless you think there's more good done in knowing? I don't necessarily think so. But I'll probably tell his son, hoping there's some kind of way to effectively render the contents inert.

Might not be. Either way, Midnight Oil shouldn't escape into the populace. It'll be a bad deal all around.

When November starts, my mother and grandmother always started the Christmas cooking. Even during the war, they started so early, and we always had a soldier or two or three at our table on Christmas -- boys from the base who weren't able to go home. Last Christmas was strange, though. We had a full table, but so many were missing. I can't even imagine what it'll be like here.

So I found a book today. I remember when I was a kid us girls were always trying to do these games to figure out who we were going to marry and it was always the best fun, especially at sleepovers. This book has some "spells" in it, and one of them says that you can divine who your true love is. So what do you say? Girls night, where we see who our true love is? I think we're overdue.

Did you yet run into the young Frenchman?

[HERC]
Why are all of you being tested with these trials? I don't know how to talk to my friend, given her predicament.

[ANGIE + SARAH]
I have ammo to spare and you two need a day shooting at targets that won't shoot or talk back. No arguments, ladies.

I would like to thank those that explained my situation to me, showed me how to use this device and assigned me to work for the command structure here. It still seems strange that so long has passed and that war has taken a toll on the world but what you have all built here is inspiring and I hope only to play my part in that.

My name is Enjolras. And last I knew it was June 1832 so I would be grateful for any aid in this adustment people can give me.

Any former Brits want to indulge in Bonfire night next month? I was sort of hoping to have a little bit of nostalgia around here, and I haven't smelled a proper bonfire in ages. Can't do for fireworks, but a bonfire, a good cup of tea, and huddling around the fire to keep warm.

Your Smith & Wesson M&P 15 is going to need ammunition.

[ETA: ANGIE]
New roommate & her ... manfriend ... well; careful if you go in, there's a bit of a weapons cache.

And Barnes made it back.

A NOTE FROM SKILLED SERVICES
I would like to reach out to anyone who knows how to knit. Given that we were just gifted with a bevy of supplies (needles, skeins of yarn, &c), it has been suggested that we ought to put our hands to good use.

As such, I will take volunteers who can:
  • Knit cold-weather accessories including gloves, mittens, blankets, scarves, socks
  • Instruct in knitting
  • Assist knitters

  • Given that this is a skill which goes beyond our typically delegated tasks, I thought I would offer it up to the community to determine if there are any secret experts who might like to try their hand at supplying still another useful resources for the coming winter.

You know what. Never mind. That was a bigger can of worms than I anticipated.

No offence. But. I'm probably not going to reply to all of that. You gave me something to think about.

I do hope, as your second in command, that I may be a source of communication and direction for you. If there are any questions regarding either your role here or your stay, do let me know and I shall do my utmost to accommodate your request.

With that being said: in addition to our regular duties, let us not forget that the full moon is hard upon us. I think it would be a gesture of our good will if we produced - and not at a loss to our typical quota - goods to ease the stay of those who will be confined during this time. Can you think of anything which might aide our friends?

The whisky's delightful, gentlemenfolk. Fine work. What a fine piece of work you all did, and I am furthermore quite happy to have been one of those who got to imbibe that liquid fire ... one's esophagus is simply not for having in a post-apocalyptic landscape. Who needs one when there is such fine liquid present.

And I am furthermore happy to be ... Gods and monsters, I am going to save the speechifying for another day

And to those of you who had ever thought otherwise. (I know who you are. Don't think I don't. I have ears everywhere. Sometimes ... a bit. Hello there.)

Things like that, birthdays and anniversaries, holidays, those feel different here. If you're the only one who remembers what it means, if you're the only one who knows, there's not much to do about it, and everyone here keeps busy enough. I think that's a blessing, in a way. No remembrance ceremonies to attend. No big speeches to write. I could do with less of those. I never did like the spotlight, and I've seen enough to last a lifetime. There are things I'd rather not remember.

What's your nose telling you these days, Mount Weather? Ill omen or good fortune?

    [LADIES CIRCLE PARTICIPANTS]
Suffice it to say, I understand we all come from a wide variety of learnings and skill levels. What's more, I understand that much of it has to do with our own particular life experiences. Because of that, I want to divide us into groups of four. We'll meet on the regular, we'll go over similar high level skills, then break off to work together. That way, we're all teaching each other.

Our meeting's this Thursday. Meet at 5:00 PM in Warehouse 305.

And ladies -- for any curious, outside I came across a rather thick growth of aloe. I'm hoping I can rather maintain its wild propagation, and hopefully with some luck it'll start growing well and we can bloody well have our own moisturizer. I'm not living my entire existence here as one soapy goddamn flake It'll just require some cleverness, a little emollient and some elbow grease.

    [ANGIE]
Who can you con in the kitchen to make some sweets? Is that too much to ask? I don't want it to be a drain on resources.

    [JARVIS]

I've already said this, but like Councillor Adaar said, I think it's worth repeating. I'm humbled to have been elected to the council, and very grateful for this opportunity. To those of you who have supported me in this decision, thank you - from the bottom of my heart, for believing in me. This wouldn't be possible without you, and I hope to make all of you proud. To everyone else, I know it can be discouraging to face a result you didn't want, but I hope you'll give me and Councillor Adaar a chance, and I hope to make you proud too. Your compassion for one another, your desire to do what you think is best for our community, and your dedication to what you do here inspires me every day. My door is open to all of you if you want to talk about what's happening here, if you have ideas or suggestions for us, or concerns, regardless of what choices you made in the election. At the end of the day, we're all in this together.

I know the message on the Memorial Wall, has people worried, and while I don't have any answers right now, I assure you we will get to the bottom of it. That said, if you saw anything out of the ordinary over the last few days, please come talk to one of us.

All right, I'll cut this short here, I'm sure you're all probably tired of hearing my speeches.

And since it seems like someone listened to me when I told Phil that I wished I had my art supplies here, thank you to our mysterious benefactor. It's a pretty good celebration gift.
