I'm officially off the crutches. But my leg still hurts like Have been since just before the mission, actually. We could've used a few magical healers back home.

Everyone seems to have the feeling that this Grounder mission went well, and [...] it did, but I can't shake the feeling that we're walking on eggshells. They outnumber us. They have us surrounded. We're essentially trapped in here with limited means of expansion, and we're agreeing to play by their very strict rules. It's not like we have a choice, we're backed into a corner on this, but I'm just waiting for the day when one of our hunters makes a minor mistake in trading etiquette and it incites a massacre.

So we all know it's damn confusing when someone disappears, and we have no idea if they're lost or injured or if they've disappeared completely. One of our own has suggested tracking devices. Now, I know there are privacy concerns, but I wanted to get a headcount of who all would be interested in wearing one of these devices in the interest in letting others know what happens to them.

I know that people will ask how do we know that the only time you'll use these is when we're lost. The answer is simple. I'll get with Legal to come up with a contract that states the reasons we would look into it, and then you'll have grounds to stand on.

This is volunteer only, of course, and we would never force anyone to wear them. So if you'd be interested, let me know here.

Medical's finally cleared me for work, but it looks like I'll be pulling desk duty for a while. I hate th I feel so useless If there's anything I can do to help with clean up and restoration -- from a seated position, or else with crutches -- let me know. I'm ready to get things done.

Not all therapy's sitting in a chair, talking to someone about your problems. Sometimes it's social interaction and just knowing that someone is there for you should you want to talk about those problems. Sometimes it's just being a friend.

Anyone got a baseball or football around here? Thought maybe we could get a flag football game going or something.
