Even if the behavior is atypical, it's still what's happened. It's still killed people, and will continue to kill people. It's close enough to Mount Weather to be a potential threat to us, and we don't have the time nor resources nor general security to risk some kind of dragon rehabilitation. Because it's a dragon. It's a very big lizard with very big teeth, and aside from being huge and spitting fire, it's no different from any other animal. If any other animal was killing the people it came across and ruining crops, would you be fussing so if we were to kill it? It's all well and good to have an abstract conversation about this, but I find it troubling how many people are defending it as if it's just a distressed toddler kicking its babysitters.
