WHO. All of Mount Weather!
WHERE. Outside the blast doors.
WHAT. A bigass fight, that's what.
WHEN. 3/30 - high noon.

The snow broke overnight and the clouds took flight, casting the sky in pale blue hues as the sun stretched its limbs over the horizon. In the enemy camp, a cacophonous array of voices rose in chorus. The Queen was still held under the mountain and the General, whose stamping hooves and bellows could be heard at the gates of the Mount, was out of patience. He gathered his commanders and sent them out amongst their ranks to marshal into line.

Midday broke and a hooting, stomping, clanging line of foes called Mount Weather to bear arms against them. Trolls and Orcs, Sentinels and hags, vampires and Grounders, werewolves and countless others - all acolytes of the White Queen. All thirsty for the blood of they who held the power in the midst of their world.

And when a line materialized on the opposite side they broke into a raucous chant.

Jadis. Jadis. Jadis. Jadis. As if the Queen could hear them. As if, by virtue of their passion alone, she could lead them on the field. But no matter, there would be justice done over and under Mount Weather. There would be reckoning.

That line. That long, unbroken line ringing round the mountain, holding the steadfast hearts of those who defended their makeshift home, working together as one ...

Be smart, brother. Don't die.

Oh and after this is over, I'll be moving my things into the apartment next door to you. Try not to overthink it.

[FILTERED TO THE CREED CREW (ACS Group + Ezio, Alfred, Dela & Nathan)]
As Ezio and I have our orders and will be at each other's backs today, I wish the rest of you luck in the upcoming battle.

Stay safe, and alive. I expect to see you all healthy and whole on the other side of this.

A big battle against a white witch? Something about this seems awfully a lot like home.

I may just be a hobbit, but should anyone need assistance anywhere, Sting and I are here to assist.

Bobbi saw the Lion breathe on Marie's pieces. That should mean she's back together out there somewhere. And I know that one of the things I tend to do when I'm overwhelmed is run. Have a feeling its the same for her.

I ain't sure if Logan or Laura can catch her scent in all of the mess that's strewn around, not too sure about Jean, Rachel or Hope being able to lock telepathically onto her either. I know I could be difficult for telepaths depending on how chaotic my head was at the time.

Who's up for looking for her?

And everyone made it right? I know Pixie is in medical. But I don't think I felt anyone Consider this a check in post.

Anyone else see the big lion, or did I just get a harder knock on my head than I thought?

Sound off.

WHO: Alexander Graham Bell and Dela
WHAT: Post-Battle: AGB greets his returning warrior, and then they go take a shower together. Because adrenaline.
WHEN: After the battle today.
WHERE: In the entrance to Mt. Weather.
WARNING: It gets suggestive at the end, but mostly is just cute. Some mentions of battle-related death, but nothing specific.

AGB and Dela reunite post-battle. Alternatively: AGB is still adorably chivalrous even when faced with the prospect of getting naked. )

Congratulations, everyone, on winning the battle against the White Witch! And thank you, fellow Fair Weather Friends, for your dedication and your-- sodding hell, I'm searching for a word, and the word means like... enthusiasm? Generosity of spirit? But with an intimation of killing things.

Anywho, it was a grand fight and I'm only sorry that I wasn't able to do more than I did, but I feel that smiting on a smaller scale was undoubtedly the smartest thing to do considering the ermmmm unpredictability of everything. Is everyone stitched up? Can I help with anything? Is the party happening yet in the pub? I'd like a party in the pub, I think.

Also, that lion? Wowsers, I believe, is the term.

WHO: Ezio Auditore and Jacob Frye
WHEN: March 30th, 2016
WHERE: near medical & then in 505N
WHAT: Post-battle wound care; Ezio is a worrier, Jacob is full of sass. Mostly fluff.
WARNINGS: PG half-nakedness and kissing. And there’s semi-graphic talk about medical torture. Assassins, okay. They talk about weird shit.

All right, so having someone fuss over him was /strange/, as if he’d tripped and fallen headfirst into someone else’s life, but it wasn’t /unpleasant/ )

How are we doing? Is there further need of my abilities ? Or can I go pass out for a day?

Doing a final check in to see if medical needs me, but then I'll be coming back. I promis not to touch Jack until I'm in bed and you're around. See? I'm not being stupid.

Alright, so. Let me see if I've got this straight: Alternate universe, people who know me but not really, shit that's straight out of some kind of fantasy novel, the apocalypse, a giant battle and a crazy witch?

This place is even crazier than Hell's Kitchen and that's saying something.

Karen Page. You might've seen me helping out Nurse Temple with the triage today, sorry if I fucked anything up. Definitely not a nurse, even worse at being bossed around. But I

In the middle of everything, I almost forgot.

I've been here exactly one year. One year and a day.

If you helped out any of our medical staff today, thank you. We couldn't do it without all of you.

We're still going to need your help in the coming days, but get some rest for now, and take care of each other. That goes for the rest of you as well. You might think you're tough now, but injuries can get worse very quickly. We saw that not too long ago, so I hope everyone keeps that in mind. Not just for yourselves, but for everyone else around you. We're not miracle workers, I'm not a saint. We can only do so much. You have to meet us halfway. Please meet us halfway, at the very least.

And thanks to everyone else for helping out, too, whether it was fighting or something else. Seeing everyone come together in a crisis like we did today is a special thing, if you ask me.

The children and young people were exceptionally brave today. Many of my students wanted to volunteer to help with meals and putting supplies together. I also have thank you letters from them to all of you as a whole, and I will display them soon.

Their parents and guardians are to be commended. I know it was difficult to decide to fight or participate in the defense knowing that it meant being away from them, but I hope you know that whatever choice you made helped keep your child safe, and you are an excellent parent for it.

I'm reminded of when I was a little girl and the wars were raging in both the Muggle and magical communities. It brought out some of the best in both young and old. I'm also reminded that though the battle is over, the effects will linger for a long time. Please do take care of yourself and those around you who may struggle in the aftermath.
