It is my sincere hope and wish for you to be, first and foremost, happy. While this may not be what you want to do, I do think it is best due to the strain that it puts on you at this time.

You should take care of yourself first and, yes, prioritize.

My second hope is that you will be able to live a quality life and perhaps even find help for your eye condition that will either reverse some of the damage or stop it from becoming any worse.
