Oh my! *MANY, MANY HUGS* I'm very sorry this has happened to you, and I hope your treatment goes well.

I have Graves' disease, and had high blood pressure that resulted in the early stages of retinopathy when it was caught. While I still have thyroid eye disease, which is thankfully under control, the retinopathy eventually resolved itself, and I really, really hope that you're able to have a good outcome. I completely understand the closure, and the first priority is absolutely your sight. I will keep you in my thoughts. *hugs*
