Update Number 47!
*yawn* Early update this time around. Work has been calling and I'm not going to have you guys sitting around, waiting for this update whilst I wile away five hours of my life. Much, much thanks goes out to mizstorge. She really does come through week after week. I'm sure that if Voldemort was real (blasphemy!), he'd take her out to get a pizza or something.

Also, congrats on team_darklord for turning a year old! That means one whole year of nonstop weekly updates and Dark Lord goodness! Well, not so much the goodness. More like evilness or morally ambiguousness.

A huge thanks goes out to all those who have this comm watched. We couldn't have gotten so far without all of you. Here's to another year of pretty much the same thing with the addition of a few surprises along the way!

Don't you love it when a vid tells a story? Preferably if that story is as blunt as possible and doesn't wax poetic over a bunch of long paragraphs? I know I do. And this is the most simple story that's been told. In fact, it's pretty much the backbone of a typical Harry/Tom fic. Harry finds out he's being used like a puppet and joins the dark side. However, some would say this is OOC for Harry and I'd normally agree with them, unless the fic has been well-written and shows the change happening gradually instead of Harry throwing his hands up in the air and saying, "Screw this! I'm gonna go mutilate some Mudbloods now!"

But this vid does something very non-typical. It has both Harry and Tom leaving together. Not joining the good or bad side. Just leaving together. And that's something I've only seen done a few times and those fics tended to leave lasting (good) impressions.

Thus the rec for this vid. It's a well put together feature, has an excellent song choice, and the edits are great.
