Strange Little Icons

I'm sure everyone has seen the music video that Alan Rickman was in a few years ago. I decided to make a few icons from it - 12 stills and 7 animated gifs:

It's a crisp & cool Sunday morning where I am. I was tooling around in Photoshop and managed to merge a HP screencap & a Mesmer screencap into a manip:

It's in B&W because in color, I couldn't get the hues of their skin to match, so it looked a little odd. If anyone can figure out how to get Snape hair photoshopped onto this reasonably (for I could not), I'd love it. If you want to grab this & make an icon or two out of this, go right ahead.
