Kaitlyn had spent a good portion of the day trying to decide whether or not she should visit the hospital once school was let out. She kind wanted to visit the students that had been injured in the football game, to make sure they were going to be alright. There had been seventeen deaths already, she didn't want any more, and just peeking in on them would make her feel a little better. She had also wanted to visit a few friends. Really, the more she thought about it, there was no down side. So here she was, striding down the halls of the hospital, ignoring George who was, like always, flirting with the nearest available female, and making her way to the maternity ward. Talking to the nurses there was always the best, and sometimes they let her help with the newborns.
She'd been about to get on the elevator when she spotted the young girl glaring at a the doors. Hadn't she seen that same girl go into the hospital when she'd passed to park? She strode over towards Maureen and smiled pleasantly. "Lost?" Kay asked curiously, coming up beside her. "Maybe I can give you a hand. Who're you looking for?" She knew her way around the hospital well enough, and a good number of the people in it. She had interned here for a year, and spent a good portion of her time here even when she didn't have to. Many had been kind enough to help her with her homework and sort.
Kaitlyn glanced around curiously. Well she was either here to visit someone, or here to work, and either way the girl wouldn't get what she was looking for in the radiology wing. George probably pointed her this way. He was awful absent minded when he was busy flirting. Not the best quality in a security guard, but she could bring it up later.
"I'm Kaitlyn. Used to work here, so I should be able to point you the right direction." She explained, figuring it might be a good idea to introduce herself. The girl looked kind of familiar as well.
