Kaitlyn Bell ([info]lunarkat) wrote in [info]starlighting,
Kaitlyn had been a bit hesitant about the whole concert thing. Her last experience with those hadn't ended well at all. Hadn't started well either to be perfectly honest. Still, she'd felt that personal reservations aside, it was important that she be there. The last two attacks had been at large events, and this was probably bigger then the other two had been, with loads of young, energetic students to make it all the more tempting. The wave of unease that had settled over her the moment she'd entered the concert hall hadn't been very comforting either. However, here she was, a few hours later, the whole thing was almost over, and no sign of monsters or the Darkness lurking about that she'd seen.

Despite being kind of preoccupied during the show, and her previous bad experience with concerts, Kat had still managed to enjoy it for the most part. She'd stood in the back, rolling on the balls of her feet, even singing along now and then to the songs she recognized. It helped that she didn't stick out like a sore thumb this time, and that the music was closer to her tastes then Nicole's had been. Enjoying it made the time seem to pass quicker, and soon she was heading out to the theater lobby with the assurance that the night would be over as soon as they finished the meet-and-greet.

Glancing at her watch, the blond leaned casually in the doorway, looking up as Juli entered the lobby from a nice safe distance away from the many enthusiastic fans. The girl seemed unsettled for a moment as well, and the pestering whisper in the back of her mind piped up again. It had started the second she saw the younger pop-star. Luna couldn't help but acknowledge the faint recognition, especially when the cello had been brought on stage for that last song, and if she was feeling the same chill Luna was then it was possible -- Possible but she wasn't sure, and as of this moment she had no transformation pen to prove her suspicions. So she stuck to her place by the door, counting down the minutes until this was over, and hoping that it all finished without a hitch.

Eventually she took to scanning the large group of people again, flicking casually through the many faces in search of someone familiar. It would've been nice to see one of the girls, Nicole or Alicia, and she'd had been hoping to spot Arthur somewhere in the back of the crowd as well most of the evening. The fact that she hadn't seen him -- well, it might have been a good thing. If something was wrong he would've been drawn here too, right? Just like the first concert. On the other hand, she still would've appreciated having him around either way.
