I'm incredibly sorry to have to do this, but I'm having a slight disagreement with my cable company. I lost my job a few months ago, and so... my internet is being sacrificed in order to make ends meet. I can't really say when I'm going to be back for good (I'm keeping my fingers crossed that another job is around the corner, but it's not promising) and, since the game just started, I know that a lengthy hiatus might kill it.

I'm open to taking your suggestions about whether to shut down completely, or do a hiatus. Whatever happens, you guys were great to get to know and play with a little and I'm going to miss you. (And the internet. Oh, how I am going to miss the internet.)

Hi! I'm Dani, and I'll be playing jeremiahgeller. I've been RPing for over a decade, because I am old, although I haven't done much of it in the past couple of years. I'm a college student in Central NY and this is probably going to be what I do instead of doing homework. (I'm an RProcrastinator.) I should be available most nights, and I'm actually on Spring Break right now so I have lots of time.

Like I said, I'll be playing Jeremiah. He's a small business owner (he runs a head shop) who lives alone with his cat, Carl. He's a really nice guy, very easygoing, and he's pretty much always willing to make a new friend. So if you see him around (or if you want to buy a pipe or something) don't be afraid to say hello! :D

Hi! I'm Faye. I am not painfully awesome, but I get by anyway somehow. Strength of will, perhaps.

I've been RPing on and off for basically the last 10 years and having a sort of real job has made me miss it severely, so here I am. Other things I do: work in retail, freelance in graphic design and web design (coding: I enjoy it), write half of novels, have musical obsessions, say things like "knucks" to my roommates, etc.

I'm busybusybusy a lot of the time (especially the last couple weeks for whatever reason), but I'm also just shy of having a connection to the Internet in my brain stem, so that's not always a problem. I'm always available at wildefae (at) gmail , some of the time at wildefae on GTalk, and PMs will get to me there too.

So far I'm playing Aubrey, aka fearme_loveme er, which is this journal. He's sort of a transient couchsurfer dude. Awkward (*AWKWARD*), but friendly and amenable to crashing on just about anybody's floor; always down for a party. Likes art and playing weirdo instruments and dressing like a freak and OMFG GLITTER. Aubrey has lots of ~feelings~ but he likes to keep that hidden. Basically he looks out for himself, tries to suppress liking other people because it's not a good idea, but is cautiously hopeful that someone might actually want him around.

I'm sticking with one for the time being to see how this goes, haha, but I've got others in the wings.

Anyway, I'm excited to get this moving! :)

I'm Jessica, or Jessi, or lunamorgan, or whatever. I don't really care. I have been RPing for a few years because I couldn't really make time for it in college and then was just out of the habit, but I'm getting back into it now. I play Gemma (gimmegem) and Alex (protege_moi) so you may see me post as either journal, depending on who I have signed in at the time.

In brief, Gemma is probably the only current potentially actively villainous character, mostly because she's a little selfish and easily angered/frustrated. We'll see where that goes with her. She's actually a nice person, on the whole, but that doesn't always mean doing the right things. She's an artist and an art teacher/tutor, so she does a little of everything to get by. She has a sister who she's really close to, and roommates, but she's otherwise a little standoffish and she doesn't have a ton of friends because she speaks her mind without thinking things through.

Alex is a bit of a loner, but only because he likes his privacy. He works at a tea shop that he mostly runs (the owner tends to have a pretty hands off approach and Alex is the manager/supervisor). He goes to school part time for business, but he takes more creative classes when he has the free electives. He's a flirt, though it generally doesn't mean anything (unless it means 'please, sir, by more of this imported first flush white tea so I get a raise,') to him. More recently, his powers have resulted in more than a few winks and nods from customers he's strung along, but nothing more than he can handle.

Hey, everyone! I'm Jess. Really all you need to know about me is that I'm awesome. Almost painfully awesome. Some people would consider it a burden to be so great, but I see it as, well, as a gift, really.

That aside, I'm 22, I live in Southern California, I'm a theatre student (actor mostly, but a frequent dabbler in makeup, costuming and directing) and I'm wicked stoked to be bringing you these little minxes.

Firstly there's Marianna who is nothing short of a textbook hippie. She's all about art and community and just.. love, man. Painter and barista at a coffee shop on Chruch Street. Sweet as pie and endlessly nurturing. And then there is Christian. Who is a little bitch. No, but really. He's a dirty hipster partyboy from Hollywood. He has property on the border of funny and just plain bitchy and revels in it. Voted most likely to have been voted most likely to drunkenly make out with you. He's very~ mature~. Women's and Gender Studies Major at UVM. Camden's roommate.

Hi, everyone. I'm Kristin, your friendly neighborhood mod, and this is the official start of the game.

It's going to be a little slow starting off (I just have that feeling) but things will hopefully pick up. I'm going to get the main plot rolling in a few days - in the meantime, you guys feel free to introduce yourselves and get some character-driven plot going. :D

As an introduction for me... I'll be playing Camden and Robin. Camden is your run of the mill college student, drug dealer, party boy. Robin is straight-laced as they come and works at Echo, studying plant life in Lake Champlain.
