    Please help!I don't remember much about the fic I'm looking for, but towards the end when the Final Battle is about to take place, Severus takes Harry into the Slytherin common room to make love one last time before battle. Probably Mpreg by the end. If anyone could tell me the title of this fic so I could read it again I'd really appreciate it.

    Cross-posted everywhere that allows such off-topic questions.

    I love, love, love reading fanfiction all the time.

    I do not always 'need' the convenience of a keyboard.

    I am 40-something years old and relatively 'technophobic'. I do not have a 'smart phone' or an 'Iphone' and rather dread the day when I will have to get one because no 'normal' phones are available.

    Money is always an issue - I have four kids for heaven's sake! ;)

    With all this in mind, would my 'fandom friends' please advise me?

    Kindle or Nook? Which one is the most 'user friendly' and most likely to allow me to transfer and/or read fanfiction stories on it? I am not very likely (I think) to buy many ebooks from Amazon or other places. I've had an "Ebookwise" for years, which I enjoy very much, but it has no internet access in and of itself - it has to be connected to a computer to load books.

    The advantage it has always held for me was 12+ hours of battery life and 'backlighting' so I can read it in the dark.

    What do you have and does it serve your fandom fix well?

    post-dh snarry fic
    Hi everyone, this has been bugging me for weeks now!

    Possibly years ago now, I came across a fic that I think must have took place directly after Deathly Hallows.

    In it, Hermione lets Harry use her time-turner to go back to just before Snape dies in the Shrieking Shack, and he ends up camping out there undetected.

    Harry then has to stay with Snape to help him heal, so they're both stuck in the Shack for a few weeks.

    Thank you so much if you can help me with this, it's been driving me crazy that I can't find it anywehre.

    I've just re-read "My Man Friday" and Dementor Delta's "The Devil Will Drag You Under" and I'm CRAVING more.

    Snarry Chan anything? Especially if there's a bit of reluctant consent or even a titch of non-consent along the way? I'd prefer not something really dark, like Snape is evil and kills Harry in the end or anything like that, but I can tolerate quite a bit of shades of grey.

    Please? Anything? Especially if there is anything new-ish and still chan-ish out there?

    Bert and Ernie Snarry icon
    I am looking not for a story, but for a Snarry user icon that I saw several times a few years ago but now can't locate. I have no memory of who used it, but I did see it frequently for a while. It featured the puppets Bert and Ernie (a drawing of them, I think), slightly modified to look EXACTLY like Severus and Harry. Honestly, it was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. So I guess I'm looking for the writer who uses that icon. I would like to show it to a new penfriend, and possibly even ask for permission to keep a copy of it on my computer just so I can look at it and laugh every now and then. Does anyone remember this icon and know who its owner is? Thanks!

    I'm looking for a story I read not terribly long ago (within the last year). I remember quite a bit about it, but not enough to actually find the thing.

    It's a long fic, either multiple chapters or just very long. It is a "sequel" of sorts, or follows after other works in the series. The plot heavily features two original Muggle characters, a male lawyer and a female therapist. Post-war fic, several years elapsed, where Snape has been secretly married to Harry and is seeking a divorce. (The implication is that their relationship was not romantic and was in fact, rather awful in the past, and they only start to come to terms with one another in the 'present' day.)

    Snape owns a shop of some kind, where I believe he makes soaps? The lawyer stops in the shop and ends up taking his case. Hermione is Harry's lawyer, and claims to practice "Scottish law" as the lawyer doesn't know about the Wizarding World. (Hermione has a son in this story, and is a single mother.) The judge is "traditional" and forces Snape and Harry to seek counseling before granting a divorce (the other OC).

    It's far more grand and complicated than I'm making it sound. I loved this story and wanted to show it to my husband (of all things) but I've discovered I didn't save it somehow and I am lost.

    "For the Love of Harry"
    I'm looking for a story that shows Severus and Minerva watching Harry as he grows up (while Minerva, at the same time, is actually watching the young adult Severus grow up)--they watch him on a playground and in various other places. Then in the end, on Harry's last night at school, Severus and Harry get together, but it's not shown in the story. We just see Minerva bring breakfast for two to Severus' quarters in the morning (where she finds Severus "gratifyingly disheveled), and then leave, revealing that she's known all along that Harry is hiding in the bedroom. It's a very sweet story, with absolutely no sex but still some delicious tension. I really thought it was called "For the Love of Harry," but the story I've found with that title isn't it at all. Can anyone help?

    Looking for one more...

    It was post-Hogwarts, and I think set somewhere in the country. Harry was a sculptor, selling his art, and sent Severus a sculpture of a pair of snakes (quite suggestive snakes) in the hopes it would prompt him to seek Harry out. Ringing any bells? I suspect it was from the Snarry Games but can't find it.

    I remember a fic from several years ago, in which Snape either lost a bet or did a dare (I'm inclined to say it was a bet) with McGonagall. In short, he had to wear lace underwear for a certain length of time. We then progress to the Snarry. That is literally all I remember but if anyone knows it I'd like to read it again.

    ETA: I also seem to remember that the lace moved in some manner. I can't remember how or why, but there was a definate instance of enchanted underpants.

    Lost fic: Snarry christmas fic :D
    Hello! Im new here, so I hope Im doing this ok.. :)

    Im searching for harry/severus christmas fanfics and 1 in perticular:
    Harry is Severus' workpartner or friend and when Severus' mum comes over, he tells her he has a boyfriend/is engaged. Harry then comes to stay with them for a couple of days and they fake having a relationship and eventually they get together for real. The mother has a cane and pokes them with it and she's rather forcefull (but sweet XD).. I think she doesnt know about magic but Im not sure about that part. One time I think mum pretends to fall and strain her enkle and Harry decides to stay (they had an argument).

    Ok, long confusing story, but it's a very happy holiday fic and I would really like to read it again, so if anyone knows it, please tell me, I'd be very grateful :D

    Hy,
    I'm looking for this fic where Weasleys take Snape in after the final battle. He stays at the Burrow while recuperating, at the same time getting on good terms with different Weasleys and eventually Harry. Harry is involved with Ginny in the beggining. Snape has a fling with Charlie (Harry catches them behind the Burrow during some sort of a party).
    The story is quite long and it takes a while for the relationship between Harry and Severus to evolve.
    I remember snippets here and there, but nothing more substantial so I hope this will be enough.

    I will be very grateful for any help.

    Harry is a dragon and Snape cares for him
    I'm looking for this fic where Harry becomes a baby dragon (I think they used the term wyvern in the fic) It was a curse, or a botched animagus change - I can't recall.

    I remember that Snape was the one to care for him and wyvern!harry was very attached to him. Snape set up a habitat for wyvern!harry, and it had to be tropical or something. I remember something on how wyvern!harry broke out because he missed Snape.

    Two Fics
    Hey everyone! I'm looking for a fic I read a long time ago. I don't remember the name, but in it, Harry becomes friends with Draco and the Slytherins, and all his friends turn against him. Basically, at the end, he's about to sleep with Severus and the whole of Hogwarts is watching through a transparent wall, laughing at him, and he leaves Hogwarts. In the sequel, it's revealed that it was all a plot to keep him safe.


    In the other one I'm looking for, Harry and Severus are fighting (I don't remember why) and Harry enters into a relationship with Lucius and lives with him. I remember that Lucius has a room with a ton of snake portraits in it, and he has a major Parseltongue fetish. Harry and Severus do end up together eventually.

    Hopefully that description wasn't too random.

    Anyone? Any thoughts are appreciated =)

    Yet another search - I need to start keeping bookmarks.

    I remember that Harry and Severus were both in a muggle prison somewhere. Magic or homosexuality, or possibly both, were outlawed. They met in the showers and their relationship grew from there. I seem to remember that they'd both been shaved but can't remember why.

    Sorry there's so little to go on there. Any ideas?

    I am looking for a rather specific piece of fanfiction. It contains the pairing of Severus/Harry as well as time travel. Harry is sent back to the time of the founders and winds up being blood adopted by Salazar Slytherin as his brother. He lives out his life for a time in the Founders' era, but he is sent back. There are journals kept by his son, and he later reads them. What really stuck in my head was the fact that only one person, Severus, found out that Harry used to be Harry Potter before he became Salazar Slytherin's brother. Also, Harry blood adopts a little boy who is descended from him in the story.

    That is all I can remember really. If someone could help me, I would be most grateful.

    FOUND: Dursleys
    I'm looking for a fic (obviously) that was written years ago, but I have not been able to find. I remember the following:

    1. Severus, Harry and Remus stay at the Dursley's. Sirius later joins them.
    2. Harry is, I think, still under 17, because I vaguely remember Severus having to perform all the magic (such as enlarging the bedrooms).
    3. It is Harry/Severus and Remus/Sirius
    4. It was a bring-back-Black fic in which Harry rescues Sirius from the veil and brings him back to recover.
    5. I seem to remember Remus doing the bulk of the research about the veil.
    6. One of the Dursleys wakes Harry and Severus on the first morning they are there, because they had a one-way-only silencing spell up. Severus was not happy that Harry felt the need to rush down and cook breakfast :D
    7. Remus arrived slightly later than Harry and Severus, and there was a bit of threatening going on towards the Dusleys ('we have a werewolf coming to stay', that sort of thing).

    It was a fairly long fic, probably chaptered. Does it ring any bells? I have a feeling it was on ff.net, but couldn't swear by it. I'd love to read it again.

    I thought I had this saved on my HD but I cannot find it:

    Harry travel accidentily  back in time and ends up working at Hogwarts as the Muggle Studies Prof. He meets ickle Snape at Madam Maulkins and sponors him school robes. Snape gets sorted into Ravenclaw.

    I think it was part of either the snarry hols or snarry games or a similar fest, but I might be wrong.
