Really interesting story. I wonder how long Harry will be able to live with himself, lying to Gareth all the time.

Thanks! And yeah, that's the main problem for Harry, the lying. But then again, not lying would hurt Gareth, Harry, and would probably break things up between Harry and Sev, as well.

Nice story. Somehow, I think Severus is going to get all that he wants because Harry isn't discreet at all, and Gareth doesn't seem like the type to share. :)

lol, I guess you're right. Poor Harry, and poor Gareth. But who knows, maybe he's grown up in that, as well.

I can't believe Severus would put up with that, and as for Harry trying to please 2 lovers, please.....he's so indiscreet I doubt he could keep the pretense up for long, and a Ravenclaw!! why would Harry choose a Ravenclaw, unless it was Luna *shifty*, well part from that I really liked the story.

thanks! And... well, Sev *is* jealous. He has no real reason to be, since Harry loves them both, but... well he's a possessive Slytherin, he doesn't like sharing. But because he's a Slytherin, he can compromise.

Fascinating dynamic between the four of them. I'd love to see future developments: I'm betting on Snape over Gareth if it comes to a showdown ;)

probably yes, if just for the fact that Sev knows when *not* to throw a tantrum, and he can handle Harry and his moments of pig-headedness like no one else.

Terrific story! A unique and refreshing take on S/H. Not to mention your spot on Lucius.

Thanks! I was worried about what people would think of my Lucius, actually. That is how I see him: not evil, not even exceptionally cruel: just self-centered, conceited, and a bit of a bastard.

Really good look at someone torn between two people that he loves. I liked the way Harry was jealous of Lucius when of course he had Gareth at home. I think Harry will have to make some big decisions in future though. Nice work.

Oooh, what a wonderful story! What to comment on first...I loved the realistic dynamics between everybody, how Harry was jealous of Lucius even when he had Gareth. I loved your characterization of Lucius. Loved Harry and Snape just falling back together. And the scene with Snape being intolerably rude by being exceptionally polite? Absolutely BRILLIANT, probably my favorite one in the story. Such a unique story as well. Thank you so much for the story! I'll be bookmarking it to read again!

Great! I'm so happy you liked the gift! I tried to follow your prompt and kinks as much as possible... and thinking about formal-polite!Snape made me think that being as much of a sarcastic bastard as he is, he'd manage to find a way of turning even that around and making the most polite gesture look like an insult... :)

So glad you liked it!!!

I liked your way of using the Horcrux and Legilimency in this story. It was interesting and original. The delightfully imperfect threesome made me sympathize with poor Gareth. A Ravenclaw in love; it can’t be easy.

The Three Broomsticks scene was particularly funny. And I enjoyed these:

No wonder he'd taught the Hero of the Wizarding World how to give head, just the benefit of shutting him up would have been reason enough!

So his best friend had just tried to kill his lover’s fiancé? Well, more the fool Severus for not having thought that may happen.

Hm... I know Gareth doesn't like Snape, but somehow I imagine Harry having a threesome sometime in the future XD...

Harry's a bit greedy, wanting both men:-)

I loved this sentence: "He was a perfectionist, obsessed with the smallest detail, and as egocentric as only a five-year-old brat had any right to be."
