Summary: Harry and Severus knows that the greatest blessing in life is to have someone who would be there to chase away our demons and bring us in from the cold, no matter the time.
Artist's Notes: My prompts were: 1. One fine morning. One fine really early early morning, damnit. 2. Aftermath. 3. In from the cold. I think I've meet them all and I hope that Venivincere is happy with her gift even though it doesn't have any of her kinks. Also, I'm sorry for the horrible color quality, Gif's color restrictions really suck but there really isn't anything I can do about it. Hope you all enjoy and have a wonderful holiday!

The image is animated, so the artist asks viewers to be patient and keep watching for a few seconds more to get the full effect.

	how magical! I loved it before I even noticed it changing... distracted by something, I caught the movement out the corner of my eye, and was enchanted. what a beautiful way to depict their similarities. 	sweet dreams indeed. I was really afraid that people won't notice that it shifts between depicting Harry as the one having the nightmare with Snape comforting him and Snape as the one having a nightmare with Harry doing the comforting. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

ya I had it changing more notably at one point and it just wasn't the same. I wanted the sweet soft feel for it to show that what really makes a relationship worth it is the little day to day things, like having someone there to hold you when you wake up shaken in the middle of the night. Having it change fast or sooner just ruined the mood.

I suppose I can't have everything.

Oh, WOW is this wonderful! I love each little image -- their emotions are very intense and complicated. Watching as each scene changes again and again, I was left with a feeling of the rhythm of life; one time it's Harry upset, the next it's Severus. Sometimes Harry's on top, sometimes Severus. It's like their lives are displayed in vignettes that happen at that one early, hour; sometimes played out in the nightmares they have, sometimes in sex, sometimes in the need to hold and be held.

I love your lines. I love their eyes and the shapes of their faces, the shading and their mouths. The arch of Harry's eyebrow when he's asleep during his nightmare. I've always loved this style of art, and think I may know who you are. But I'm not going to say in case I am wrong! :-)

It took me awhile to come up with something that I think fitted your prompts and longer to come up with an adequate way to represent it. When I was done I was pretty sure you'd be happy with this (from past experience so I'm not surprised you think you know who I am, as I have a distinctive way of drawing the boys and if you like this style of art you'd probably remember it from other feasts or from what I once gave you).

Also, as I mentioned in the header the GIF encoding distorted the some of the color and the transitions but it does add an interesting affect to it that I can't really describe. If you are interested I will be posting the flash version which is distortion free on deviantART after the feast, leave a line if you want the link when I do post it.

I have a folder of my memorabilia from cons -- the pic you did for me is with them. I take them out and look at them. It's my plan to get them framed some day, but I want to do it right and I never have the money :-(

And no -- I didn't notice a difference. Should I have? I don't think I have a very good eye for detail. But it seemed the same to me. What's different? I'm sorry I missed it! :-(

There is a slight difference though it's probably not noticeable unless you look at them side by side or one after the other. The original gif was slightly too big for the new server so I made an edited flash, attempting to retain as much gif quality as I can. It's my creation so I've been staring at it for quite some time and I'm probably more sensitive to even the smallest different. I just wondered if I succeeded in making it seem like the same thing to the general public.

If you really wanted to know the difference: this one is smoother and lost some of the pixelation like affect on the transitions. (you'll see what I mean once I get my act together and post the different versions of this thing)

	thanks, I'm happy you like the reciprocity usually most art not to mention fic like to lean on one character to be strong and the problem-solver that helps the other deal with their issues. 	Just catching up with the first weeks of the Holidays. (My mom was in hospital in Nove - better now). Such an original concept! I love the way this morphs and please do share the deviant art link later, it will be interesting to see how the different platforms affect the art. This is actually as wanky flash version so it doesn't have as much distortion or that special gif feeling (If you didn't know snarry_hols had to switch servers and the gif was just too large for the new one so they asked me for something small and I gave them this version). I will have to figure out what to do about the different versions of this after everything is done as it is interesting to get different perspectives from the different platforms. I'll drop a line for you when I figure it out if you like.

	thanks, there isn't a higher res version out there at the moment as I haven't gotten around to it. It's not "better" just slightly different, personally I like this one just as much.
