OMG! I love you, mystery author. This was absolutely perfect. It has everything I've ever wanted in a story. The *not so accidental bonding* was just brilliant. I adore it when Dumbledore schemes to get Severus and Harry together,and Mulciber's bumbling was just too funny. I'm so ecstatic over this, I don't know what to say. It was sweet, funny and so hot it made my toes curl. Thank you so much for writing this for me! I am just in awe.

	Mulciber Murphy was one of the best OC's that I've had the pleasure of encountering in a while. But I'm not completely convinced that his bumbling act at the bonding wasn't designed to distract Severus and Harry from what he was doing. And that tiny sliver of doubt tells me how good that scene is. As for the rest, very amusing, especially the end. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Ohhhhhhhhhh this was wonderful! I enjoyed every single word of this! Perfectly IC Snape and Harry, in fact everyone was totally IC! This was fun to read. Your Mulciber Murphy made me laugh with his bumbling act. A wonderful original character! His sense of logic was hilarious and quite irresistible as he tried to explain things to a doubtful Snape:

“Shouldn’t you have been sure what we wanted before casting the spell?” Snape asked, eyes narrowed.
“Hm. Well, yes, I suppose, although this is just as good,” Mulciber declared blithely, closing his book. “One is ‘bonding two together’ and the other is ‘two guarding each other’, so it all works out. One of my better bondings if I do say so myself.” Mulciber was smiling up at them. “Congratulations!”

I have to confess, that although AU was warned for, that I spent the early part of the fic very confused about when this was set. I thought it was just that Snape had survived and we were seeing the "7th year" I think JKR said they went back for, and in that case Harry would have been almost 19 and I got confused about why everyone was saying he wasn't of age. It took me a while to work out that this was a 7th year in place of DH and that Snape actually hadn't killed Dumbledore either.

That said:

“Oh, fuck.”

“It’s clear that is the direction that the bond is pushing us,” Snape observed dryly, “yet I should think you would want to talk first.”

*snerk*

“It’s not as if Dumbledore ever tells me anything, even when it involves me.” [...]
You’ll get used to that,” he said dryly. “It doesn’t change when you become an adult.”

*smirks* Nice...

A second later Snape was sitting at the edge of the bed, nibbling on a scone, and Harry was busy trying to find something to do with his hands other than clasp Snape to him.

Such a fun image. I love the last phrase. What else are hands for? ;)

Oh, this was wonderful! Fantastic job on meeting all the requests and on creating a charming and entertaining story.

This had to be my favorite line: “but the incantation is very similar to an ancient marriage bond. Easy mistake to make, actually. Sorry about that.” OMG! That is just so very typical of the Wizarding World and I can absolutely believe something like this would happen to Harry. I love the light-hearted tone of the story and Mulciber was an OC that'd I'd love to see make a reappearance. Not to mention I wouldn't mind being a Animagus on the wall when Harry and Severus find out about that procreation part. ;D Fantastic work, hon!
