It seemed that fate had handed him a tiresome and irritating reason to postpone his timely demise
A good thing, too, that postponement! :)
If he didn’t see Potter there, he left. If he did see Potter there, he left.
Two things here: 1) You wrote this statement twice. Should it be that way for emphasis, or is this a grammatical error? And, 2) This sounds like how I read. "No Harry? No Snape? Not interested!" ;)
he missed Dumbledore
;_; We all do.
And if anyone was going to win at cold war
Cold War has no winner, comrade. Regardless of what the Americans say.
He’d eaten a full bowl of jelly before he even realised it.
LOL Love “The Harry Effect.”
He was, no doubt, already thinking about when he could come here next, unencumbered by his unpleasant guest.
They are like The Odd Couple (Felix and Oscar). Great show. Two straight guys *living* together - the bottom line was just in the living together for the long run part. *This* is what guys were like in generations previous to mine - nowadays, if a man is shampooing the rugs, he must be gay. -_-
“Sorry, I’m always grateful when Hermione and Ron give me a good shove to bring me back to the present.”
I like how alike Harry and Snape are! :)
They could discuss things. Argue even. No? Really? Harry and Snape ARGUE? Huh? :P
So no, Snape thought wearily, he wasn’t particularly attracted to men – or women, really – as a general rule. Just, it seemed, to Harry.
I like this argument for snarry best! They both loved (women), badly. Red-eyed women, for the both of them. Then they picked up the pieces and moved on (or in). Together. :)))
