ooh a bare chested Severus *drools* OK now that's out of my system where to start. The art is so detailed I love the dipiction of flowers (are they thistles?) in the left hand corner and the snake is just beautiful in colour, the detailing in the scales awesome. Deaths rearing horse and the brilliant colour of the killing curse is magnificent. Now back to the bare chested Severus *g* he has a protective arm around Harry which is just lovely even while casting the killing curse and Harry hunched over the horse, beautiful. This is one beautiful awesome picture.

What wonderful art - this is beautiful. Such a contrast to the Death rides a pale horse theme, so very vibrant. And all the details are wonderful, the flowers in the rocks and Death's clawlike fingers grasping. Nagini is beautiful here, too.

Wow, this turned out even better than I expected! It's just lovely, and I especially like Death's horse, and the snake's just perfect! I also love the peek of Severus' treasure trail. ;D

Watching the process of this was amazing. And the work done is clearly shown. It's just terrific. I love Severus, and the two of them on the horse. The horses themselves are wonderful--you can see the muscles. Well done all around!

Oh, Ven. As always I am simply blown away by your use of color. It's so intense. I always feel like I can see layers and textures as your art pops right off the canvas. Beautiful!

Oh, Ven!
This is just SO FABULOUS!
First, I remember what you said when we commented on the color before and you are SO RIGHT! It's brighter somehow, more alive. *stares*
It was SUCH fun to see this develop from a sketch to painting. I am in TOTAL awe of your talent, darling. *sigh*
Ok, on to the details that I love.
Nagini's color is fantastic, as is Harry's almost see-through shirt, although I was personally pretty open to naked!Harry... ;) Severus' naked chest! Eeee! With the chest hairs! Double Eeeee! Their boots are awesome! And OMG, Severus in jeans may be a new kink of mine. *drools*
The green hexes are so good. How did you get that effect? (Don't tell me, I won't get it, lol).
OMG, the horses! They're beautiful, I can almost touch the hair. *happy sigh* I do feel bad for Voldie's horse, though. *pets*

Okay, so I would like to be amongst the first to ask if/when you are selling this. Cuz I am definitely interested whenever that may be. *loves*

Yay Team! We COOK! *g*

well I already waxed on about this on the team comm, but wow this is awesome! I love the softened look of the pigment technique you used. the horses are wonderful and I love the details on the snake. Harry's bedhead is very cute and shirtless!snape is always wonderful to see. Snape's hair is also very lovely. Great work on this!!

If I hadn't loved you for your art before this, I'd do it now. This is so, so, so brilliant! I keep staring at the tons of perfect details, like the horses' musculature and Severus' outstreched arm which looks just so very real! Might seem odd to be so happy about an arm, but hey, being a wanna-be artist myself I know how difficult it is to paint something as supposedly easy as a bare arm (in oil on canvas! *adores you*) so realistically! (I haven't yet succeeded, tbh.^^°) I'm also ridiculously sqee-y about the background (and Severus' chest!^___^).
This is sooooo great!!!!

Oh, the love I have for shirtless, protective Snape...!

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Harry's horsemanship is divine. So is his hair. Oh, and Snape's hair! (all over- pits, chest, treasure trail...) Severus's nipples are also divinity. *happy sigh*

The background and details are amazing. Reminds me of some of my favourite western images, even of some Mexican/Incan/Aztec calendar imagery, which is awesome.

I love how Harry's horse has such determined eyes and that Death/Voldie's is blind. The horses are sheer love. I know how hard those are to draw. I don't draw much anymore, but I used to and I never could master horses. *awed*

Oh wow, shirtless Severus is <3 (and the little happy trail - wonderful!!)

I love the snake too, and Harry's expression - great!

Then all the little details of the background - and not many people would think to draw a plant growing in the rock either.

Beautiful! I really love the coloring, particularly all the soft blues mixed with creamy pastel earth tones for the mountains and ground beneath the horses' hooves. Out of all of the painting, Harry, Snape, and their steed (as well as Nagini to a lesser extent) are all the main focus with their vibrantly brilliant colors standing out from the background. I really love the red horse's white socks. The action and perspective really draws me into the scene.

The small details like the beautifully painted pile of rocks and flowers, the riders silhouetted in the background, the intricate pattern of Nagini's scales and the horses' hooves. Wonderful work!

Oh, Ven! It's stunning. I've been waiting for this piece to come out because I knew it would be amazing. All of your patience and hard work really paid off. The colors are gorgeous and they really bring the scene to life. The two stallions have to be my favorite part with Nagini a close second (although I love shirtless!Snape and bedhead!Harry).

Well done, teammate!
