I went to go see Tori Amos on Saturday and was finishing this up a half hour before the concert began. Thank the Goddess for my BlackBerry. She serves me well! LOL
That said...
This was such a long and satisfying read. It took me a few days, but it was definitely worth the time invested. The Snarry dynamic absolutely struck a chord with me. I thought it was perfect. I love that Snape mentored Harry, and that Harry wanted to be taught. The sex scenes were perfect. I was actually glad that Snape had thrown Harry out the first time, because it just seems like something he would have no qualms about doing on the outside, even when he's conflicted on the inside. And I love that their first time wasn't ideal, but rough and a bit angry. Mmmm! And then there's Mercutio and Snape's reading audiobooks with that sexy, sexy voice of his. But he still did his Potions on the side. Just a small detail that I really appreciated. Just a lovely, lovely story, sweetie. I have a few thoughts on the ending, but I'm going to share those with you over email when I can.
