I don't like infidelity. But you, YOU, you make this story so unbelieveable sweet! When I read this, I kept thinking that this whole snarry relationship is going to blow in the end, and was waiting for the *big storm* especially when it came the part when Harry appeared right in the scene of the *crime* and smelt the perfume. I thought... that's it! And yet, in the end, Severus and Harry are still together, with Harry none the wiser about Severus's infidelity. That's the way of the world, unfortunately. You paint it quite starkly. The romance is there, and the tenderness of the lover (Snape), but the bitterness of infidelity still lingers with me (the reader). And yet... the innocence of Harry screams across the picture. I guess that's the reason why Severus remains with Harry. Sweet and yet bitter. Thanks~
