Aw, even in the midst of an infidelity, you managed to make me laugh out loud. *g* This was really fascinating! There was something subtle and mesmerizing about this fic. Severus had this sort of quiet lassitude, this curtness, where Harry has all this energy; it created a really interesting dynamic. Severus is so...internal, you know? There's this really absorbing introspection about him, where Harry's so very extroverted! I loved the last bit of interaction with the shopkeeper--the "I have all I need." It's a very elegant fic.
