I was wary about reading this. I know infidelity is your 'thing', but I must admit it's not mine, yet I decided to risk it anyway, because, well, Snarry! I'm kind of glad I did in that this was superbly written, very atmospheric. The fact that Harry never suspects is both good and bad, you know? I kept cringing waiting for the big scene where they break up, and when it didn't happen I was relived, yet... not, if that makes sense. It's almost as if Severus doesn't know why he's having the affair, other than he's fallen into this habit. His lovemaking with Harry seems more passionate, IMO, making me wonder why he decided to have the affair in the first place. The fact that it ended the way it did makes me worry that it will happen again, though. *sigh* Quite sad, really. I need some fluff now. :(
