Oh my goodness!
That was absolutely glorious! What a wonderful story! *happy sigh*
I loved how Slytherin!Harry and Lily and all the people who should have been there to help give Snape a better life, were. And how Snape finally came to see that he could be happy, that he deserved to be happy.
And the realization in the end that he caused it all to happen... Perfect!
Awesome story, my dear! I LOVED it. *hugs you*
This one is a keeper. ♥

	I do like your universe!! If only Severus could have made a wish! I loved all the little changes and a calmer Harry, who finally got to be the Slytherin he was always meant to be, just because he actually had a hppy childhood. Lovely, happy story. There was a litany of Oh god's as I read this, the intonation changing as Severus screwed up, Harry kissed him, Lily's involvement was revealed. There were so many parts in this that elicited emotion for me, that made me fall even deeper into the story. I love this universe that you created; the people are recognizable while being so fundamentally changed by the timeline.

There's a chance for redemption here from people who don't know the true horrors that Severus has lived through, and it shines from every conversation Severus has.

You wrote a truly moving story and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent reading.

It isn't always clear to me, where exactly in a fic where the hook's been set. I believe you did it with this: Severus," she called out. "Severus. Look at me…" And that was that, I couldn't stop.

Snape of course remained the same, until a peacetime world and love changed him. I adored how you fiddled with the canon universe; Lily was the strong compassionate woman I've always pictured, but the character I was most taken with was your Harry--even at 17, not afraid to stand up to Snape, and mature enough to know what he wanted and take steps to get it.

A beautiful love story, with well-placed UST. And I appreciated that 'wishing on the star'. I knew that works!

Wonderful story, Dragon. You've done us all proud! ROARRR!!!

I enjoyed reading this ... I liked your Harry and Severus quite a bit. Harry acted sensibly when he realised that Severus had changed, even though at first he stubbornly insisted on remaining hand-fasted. I liked the way Harry offered to give it all up, but Severus decided to stay for the year. Your Severus stayed true to form, too, without moving out of character. I could easily see him falling for this Harry. I loved Harry's drunken kiss and Severus' reaction. ♥

I also liked the different ways the canon characters lived their lives in this story. Very imaginative - I never guessed that Lily was with Kingsley. It was a nice touch that it wasn't Sirius.

I'm so pleased that at the end of the story Severus remembered what had happened. That made it easier for me to accept that HE had accepted his new life. It would've worried me if he hadn't come to know what had happened - I like all my ends tied up neatly!

Wonderful. Although the whole "alternate dimension or Snape has amnesia thing" could have been cliche, this story had such a freshness and unique feeling about it that it defied cliche! I loved your vision of the world without Voldemort's second coming. And your characterization of Lily was brilliant. I also liked that Harry, and especially Severus, remained true to character. Well done!

	I enjoyed this so much! What a fascinating and wonderful way to really study Severus's character. I wondered why no one had ever heard of Horace Slughorn, but you tied that in so neatly at the end that I clapped. Beautiful story! what a nice sweet story.. though I felt quite sorry for harry at first, poor sod! of course it kinda leaves the question that even if wish magic has been at work, what happens to the other severus and the other harry? will they find happiness or will severus doom them with his ignorance of horcruxes and therefor lack of help?? OR do they cease to exist?
omg I have sooo many questions!! as you can tell, maybe, I very much enjoyed it, well done!

	Heartwrenching fic for poor Harry. He explained it best when he told Severus that he thought Severus would eventually remember, like amnesia. Harry did have his memories of the "nice" Severus and that made it all the harder for him. I'm glad Harry was drunk and kissed Severus though. Something so simple ... (Reply to this) (Thread)

Oh, thank you for this!! (That, incidentally, is a mantra I started chanting somewhere on page 1 and kept up pretty much all the time I was reading.) This story makes it all better – all the things I’ve groused and grieved over since reading DH, things that I’d wished JKR had done differently ... you’ve fixed them.

Ok. I don’t want to fall into full gush mode (am I too late?) – but I did love this story. How you so neatly and believably engineered the alternate universe, and made it such a warm and welcoming place. How Severus, not Harry, is the hero in this world (as we see in the article written by – what’s this, a sympathetic Rita Skeeter?? How Harry, having benefited from a loving home, is calmer and more secure than in the other universe, yet is still essentially the same. And I really love that this is set while Harry’s still a student. I’ve figured out that I’m just not ready to think of him as a middle-aged man with a wife (or ex-wife) and a bunch of kids -- I may never be ready -- so there’ll always be a special place in my heart for fics set while he’s still at Hogwarts or not that long out of it. This one’s going into the “reread often and feel better” file. :-)

	Wow, just wow. This was a fantastic story. I heart it with many hearts. I love how so many of the characters are different and yet stay inherently the same. That was wonderful! Absolutely brilliant and perfectfully romantic. I adored Slytherin!Harry. Lily, Albus and yes! Sirius/Remus together whoohoo! I loved that Severus caused the time rift all because of a wish upon a star. I kept waiting for some pixie dust reference. LOL! And can I just say EEEEE! You threw Kingsley in there too, LOL! Masterfully done, sweetie.

*gulp* I had to swallow down a few lumps (and a gin and tonic) before I could coherently type how fabulous and utterly moving this fic is. All of Severus' dreams coming true after wishing on a star, so much emotion and wonderful tense build up, having Lily and Albus back and alive, and falling in love with a Harry who hadn't spent his life hating him. Utterly fabulous darling xxx

Aww. Really. Can't think of other words to describe what I feel. Just ... ohmygodwhatamarvelousstory! *squee* I love this kind of AU stories, where one character gets thrown into another version of reality and has to deal with the changes. It's always fascinating to think - and see - how different things could have gone if only a tiny little detail was different ... Very clever, too, how you got Severus there! And I loved his slow journey from the man he was to the man Harry loves; how Severus got over his obsession with Lily and opened himself. And Slytherin!Harry was lovely! Still very much Harry, but definitely Slytherin.

So, yeah, I totally loved this fic!

I remember reading on your IJ that you were nervous about your story and about holding your own against the "great names" in the fandom. Well, I'd say you did more than that. That's three nines for you from me. ^-^
