A lot of commentors mention how funny this story is -- and it is, funny (I love the action figures) -- but it also struck me as ultimately really sad. Not that that's a bad thing, at all, I actually think it's pretty awesome. What I mean is, we laugh at Harry chasing Snape around, but at the same time it's really sort of a futile, desperate thing -- it's not really Snape (or if it is part of him, it's only a small part -- unless I missed something, which is entirely possible), which is sad, when you think about Harry spending his life with the tiny fragment of this man he's come to love. Please don't think I'm criticizing it; I'm not, I *enjoyed* the part of it that struck me as sad, and the parts that didn't, it's a really nice balance of emotions, to me. I'm making a real hash of my comment here. Time for bed.
