OPENING GAMES CRACK!ART! BY Plantinshadows!
Opening Games Crack!Art IV - the one in which a brave newcomer points out that Severus Snape on a tropical vacation is an oxymoron. Please give a warm welcome to a new artist to our Games, plantinshadows!!

Crack!Art Title: On Holiday
Artist: [info]plantinshadows
Genre(s): Postwar, Humour&/or Crack
Prompt(s): Vacation
Rating/Warnings/Kinks: PG-13, no warnings apart from slight nudity
Artist Notes/Media used/Thanks/Disclaimers: When reading Snarry fics, again and again tropical islands are favoured location wise, especially if Harry and Severus are on their Honeymoon. I very much tried to imagine Severus jumping around the beach uninhibited in nothing else than swimming trunks... I failed. So, this is where my imagination led me...

On Holiday, by [info]plantinshadows

Thank you, [info]plantinshadows!

Stay tuned for more Champion Interviews and Opening Games Crack!Art!

LOL. Methinks Harry needs to take Severus back to their room and unzip that wet suit with his TEETH! Hell yeah, and then peel it off of ol' Sevvie, bit by bit.

You know I hate being sick because that is a hot statement yet my fevered brain started to think of how hard it actually is to get in and out of those things and yeah... epic fail on my part LOL

Yes, but see, that's the whole point! Imagine how long it'll take Harry to get him out of it, and how hot and bothered they'll both be at the end!

Feel better soonly!

I sunburn very easily. I suspect Severus is the same.

Hee, I love how he still can be intimidating in a wet-suit! And with a 'Tude! Great job!

Cute.

Love the full body scuba suit.

I burn badly as well (pale white skin with hundreds of freckles) and having been a shut-in away from the sun, I can understand Snape's reason for the suit...

But there are half-body suits that don't cover everything that work just as well. Plus he's a potion's master, can't be brew up a sunblock potion good enough to protect his skin?

*giggles* Yes, Sev, because a full-body, skin-tight diving suit is oh-so much less...revealing that Speedos.

Nicely done!

~dies~

Prude!Snape FTW! I agree: a bathing suit is just Not On for a man who's not happy unless he's buttoned up from his chin to his ankles.

cheers for all the nice comments!!!
the tag says "full body diving suit"
and well, the reason for the suit was a bit based on canon, considering he found it so humiliating to be lifted up in the air with his underpants showing, I just can't imagine him wearing something similar revealing voluntarily.
thanks again!

Hehehe. I expected those stripy, pajamas-like, knee- and elbow-reaching swimming suits of the beginning of the XX century but they wouldn't be black enough for him, would they? :)

yeah well I actually thought about that, it was either a diving suit, one of those 1930's male full body swimming suits or a old fashioned metal diving suit...
and yeah, the colour was the deciding factor!

Bwa-haha!

So much to love about this piece. The expressions on their faces. The hair. The postures. The eyes. The idea that Snape went through all of that trouble to go swimming because a certain person wanted to. And- again- the hair!

Welcome to the fold! ;)
