Awesomeness!

Especially for Harry cludging the knife in a menacing way!

Team Angst FTW

Eee, what a fantastic canon illustration! Your Snape is awesome. His expression OMG. Perfect! And Harry - his glare, his tight grip on the knife. So much love for this!

I love your art already, and wasn't even aware you were participating in the Games, until I saw this entry! Yay for making my early morning happy. I love this scene too. I like to think Snape is making an innuendo...

thanks! It is, in fact, made with the "Artist's oils" brushes in Painter. It simulates the brush strokes quite well...

I like the way you've done the tension between them in that scene, Snape in almost total control of himself, and Harry barely so... great one!

the two panels thing was necessary - I remembered the scene having Snape standing by Harry's desk, but rereading the book, he had gone back to his own desk for quite a while before making this speech... so it was either an only scene with the profiles of them facing each other, or two separated frames where I could focus on the expressions of them both. So, here it is :-)

EEeEeeee this fits the canon so perfectly!! Snape's frowning, smug face and the shadows on his face and nose and those dark, cold dungeon colours are so much awesome.

And Harry! His fist and his curling fingers and his teenaged slump in his chair and the mortar and pestle. For the win, baby.

Yay Team Angst!
