Warnings: This is utterly, unredeemably sappy: my only excuse is a sinus infection that seems to be affecting my rational thought processes.
Cool hands stroke Harry's forehead, swipe relief along his neck and collarbones. Severus sits on the bed. "I want to show you a potion."
Harry buries his head in his pillow.
"Behave, or there'll be no chicken soup for you."
Harry peeks out to glare at him. "Heartless git."
Saying "Lily," Severus anoints his forehead with the potion.
Phantom fingers stroke his forehead, pushing away the migraine. Harry's fingernails dig into Severus's palms.
"There's nothing like a mother's touch, is there?"
Severus's hands are dry and cracked from brewing. Harry soothes them with light kisses. "I can think of something."
