"Why are you here?" Snape snapped.

"To bring the flowers."

"Then you're finished," Snape said bluntly.

Harry eyed the 'vase'. He hoped Severus wasn't serious about processing the flowers; they were beautiful, exotic scent filled the dingy room. "It's warm today." Harry coughed, hoping it sounded like he had a dry, dusty throat.

Snape scowled. "Surely you cannot expect me to influence the weather for you!"

Harry looked plaintive, holding his hand to his throat as if it ached.

Snape definitely growled. "Come to the kitchen, you can have some water."

Harry grinned, following the black whirlwind of Snape's departure.
