Well. That was an apt description of what Tony was about, to be fair. He only rose an eyebrow at Steve and then smiled in a way that said that, yeah, he'd been caught out and there was no going back now. "Alright," he said fondly, squeezing Steve's hand right back. "But you have to admit the general surfaces of our place look a lot better now that I have a lab." Mostly.
Tony glanced back over at the puppy-thing who was still doing laps around them like it wasn't about to run out of energy any time soon, which was seriously something that would probably benefit Steve. Tony didn't mind the occasional jog, but he gave up a lot sooner than Steve tended to.
"I don't know what the bed has to do with it. I'm not inviting a dog into our bed." He glanced over at Steve then, fond. "But yeah. I'm sure. If you want it."
