All things considered, a pet that popped out of a ball was not the weirdest thing Natasha had ever seen in her life; there wren't a lot of things she blinked at, not anymore. Gwen was right, though, the Sylveon was especially cute, and her smile was almost humanoid and easy to interpret. "Nice to meet you, Sandy West," she said, sort of wiggling her fingers in a half-wave as though she wasn't sure about the greeting, whether or not it was okay to pet a Pokemon or if that was some kind of mortal offense depending on the type.
"I don't think I'd want to catch one," Natasha said. Especially not when it'd have to come back with her to Starklandia, though at least it seemed like - from the amount of other people that had gone through the doors and wandered back with a companion - it would at least have friends to play with. "But I'm happy to wander around and see if we run across any lone ones that need some company."
Battling with them was an interesting concept, but why come into a world and pick a fight? And it really was such a nice interlude here; she turned her face up towards the sky, smiling at the little flurry of snowflakes that dusted her cheeks and landed in her hair. She had to blink her eyes a few times to clear away the crystals that landed on her eyelashes. "I think I saw a sign that said there was a path that led to the lake up here, do you want to walk that way?" she suggested. "If Sandy's up for floating that way, too. How'd you pick her name?"
