Gwen had ventured through the doors with Tony, but they hadn't ended up in the snow. She liked that she and Natasha were going some place entirely different but it was still very much within the whole Pokemon world. She knew what Pokemon were and had played one of the games when she was a little younger. She'd seen the cartoon, and knew the theme song. Hardly an expert, but definitely within the casual fan status or maybe a little higher.
Snow was awesome. Gwen loved snow. She didn't like being cold all that much but the snow itself was amazing. One of her favorite things when she was little was to listen to the snow falling outside during the night. Obnoxious city sounds usually drowned it out, but once she got her Spider senses she could pick the sound out. And if you listened just right, the snow sounded like bells or wind chimes whenever it landed. It was one of her favorite sounds in the world. And looking up into the sky as snow was falling all around was nothing short of magical.
In other words, she liked this place a lot.
"They're cute," she said. "Definitely cute. And they all have types, and skill sets. The types are element based, like water, fire, electric, ice, stuff like that. And some of them evolve into more powerful versions of themselves. They don't usually attack people, unless the games and TV show were lying. But from what I've seen it looks like most of the Pokemon around here coexist with the people. Some people have them as companions, too. Not like pets, but more like partners, I guess? It's pretty sweet. I got one, when I was out with Mr. Stark. We should find you one! I mean, if you want."
