1. How do I log in with OpenID?

2. How do I make an ij/lj cut?
You have two options: when you use Rich text for your posts, just use the lj-cut feature offered there. If you hover your mouse over the buttons, you'll eventually get to one that says 'InsaneJournal Cut'. After clicking on that, a grey field appears in your text window and you type everything that should be under the cut into that grey field. You also have the option to have a title for the cut (default is: Read more).
If you don't want to use Rich text, which is understandable since Rich text posts are a pain to edit, then please forget all about the traditional

1. Why are you never around?
I am away for almost every weekend, and then only have dial-up access. In the past, the Underground (snapedom members) could sort out almost every problem by themselves. They are also very good at helping each other with questions. Just post and ask away. Andmelusin_79 is often around and will close a thread when things get too heated. She is very busy, too, so she won't watch every word either.
2. Who is the Underground?
These are the members of snapedom. We had a series of polls last year, and the majority chose Underground as their name.
3. Why can't I post my stories?
There are other communities for that. We want to focus on discussions. When we have a party, posting fiction and art is allowed, but there usually is a word limit. You can always post creative meta and rec your fics on the Friday Rec.
4. What is creative meta?
That's a term we invented (I think) here. Sometimes you can describe an idea better by writing a short ficlet around it. It should be short and under a cut. When you write creative meta, it will be discussed, taken apart and treated just like any other meta. If you think your artistic sensibilities are hurt by that, then better not write creative meta.
5. What are the Friday recs?
Since we don't normally allow fic here, this is meant as a compensation. You can rec and self-pimp to your heart's content every Friday.
6. How can I find older posts?
Click on the 'Tags' link. That gives you a list with all our tags, and you can chose what you want to see. You get all the posts with that specific tag on an extra page, and when you scroll down, there will often be an administrative entry that explains the party or challenge etc.
