Non-anticipation
I'm afraid I'm with Oryx Leucoryx. After DH, I am simply not anticipating anything anymore - even though, from the pics I've seen and the reviews I've read, it seems they have done the Severus scenes reasonably well. But I didn't much like the book, even though, at that point, there was still a chance that Rowling could perform a reversal and pull off something wonderful. After DH, it's clear that she intended the weaknesses of HBP (and the previous volumes) and that she didn't have much of a story to tell, after all. At least, that's my opinion!
So I will not be seeing this one in the theater - I don't think. Partly because I don't want to give another penny to Rowling, and partly because I definitely don't want to give money to Warner Brothers. I personally blame them, not Rowling, for all the heavy-handed lawsuits, and I really think the fans could bring them to their senses by boycotting.
So that's what I'm doing. I know the library will get the disc and I will see it then. It'll be the first movie I haven't seen in the theater, but I just don't want to support this corporate entity any more.
