literary snape - snarc0409
I've just read that it supposed to be CHILDRENs-book "literary" snape - so I draw another one and hope it is ok...
Well, its not actually funny but Snape often reminded me of "The Brave Tin Soldier" out of the old fairy tale by Hans Christian Anderson...

and this time I saved the link to the work in process ;)

(The contest is for all fiction, not just children's literature. Oh, well -- two entries!)
two entries??? I'm afrait I come over as eager as Hermione...
its so much Severus with his big heart under a hard tin-surface...
And don't worry about being funny. I think most of our entries this month are more thought-provoking than humor-oriented. Glad I'm not the one who has to choose a "winner," because as far as I'm concerned all of the entries WIN. :-D
I don't want her job ;)
its so hard to pick a winner (I still think we should make some kind of voting - but how?)
I was pondering a lot about the professor (tsk what a surprise, thats me adressing the obvious, what else am I still doing here) I think the describtion as the "tin soldier" fits more for Rickmans "movie-snape" (stoic, calm, mask-like face etc.) then for the book-snape (who looses his temper quiet often) ---
