Prompt: # 46: After a long war and having killed Voldemort, Harry (18-24 yrs) is transported along with his and Severus's child to an alternate universe where things are different (Voldemort long dead/never existed/not as bad). Harry is forced to come to terms with mourning for the father of his child, Severus, while living in a new world where he is alive. I’d love to see the bond between Harry and his child and how Severus copes with meeting a child that is his and yet not his.
Summary: Sometimes you don't need a mirror to look into your own eyes.
A/N: Thank you to baby for the beta. This thing just didn't want to end! It was an evil evil thing. But I loved the prompt. Please point out any other errors you see.

*sobs* NO... Harry CAN'T just NOT have a place to call home. Now, he's going to end up in a dimension where he died killing Voldemort right? And find a brokenhearted Severus to heal as well as help heal him, right? How can we NOT have Severus and Harry together.

I'm glad that at least ONE version of Harry gets Severus though.

Seriously though... this is the WRONG time for me to be reading this type of story. *goes off to do angsty art* <- See what you've reduced me to.

LOVED the story. It was really creative, and I loved that Lily and Remus were the pack leaders. Pretty much all werewolves? THAT was cool.

I would love to see a sequel in which Harry DOES find a place to call home though. It was a fantastic take on AUs. I really could have seen a version where Tom Riddle hadn't made the mistakes he had as a child, perhaps he was adopted and loved, becoming the leader of the light, where Dumbledore HAD made the wrong choices, going WITH Grindlewald after the tragedy with his sister... There are so many little things between the two, and I LOVED that Neville was the Chosen One here. LOVE LOVE LOVE the story.

	OH! I want to see the angst art! I am bouncing all kinds of love for your comment. I want to write a story where Harry does find a home but I want Harry to learn something on his way too. I think Harry has a lot to learn too. It was a very fun story to write. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	I always love seeing how a few small things could make a huge difference and having Dumbledore and Voldemort almost in opposite roles is just fascinating. My heart really broke for Harry at the beginning and I'll admit I was a little sad at the end (not spoiling it), but I love how bravely he's facing the future. Nice job. (Reply to this)
